A 17 year old Dalit girl, Ms. seeta (name changed) D/o Mr. Tejpal R/o Surajpole gate, Ward No. 22, Bharatpur, Rajasthan belongs to Jatav caste (SC). She is a 12th standard student of Vikalp Academy located in Krishna Nagar, near MithleshKhandelwalEye Centre, Bharatpur. The deceased person Mr. Tejpal was Jyoti’s father and was an auto driver by profession. The behavior of Vikalap academy Director Mr. Mohan Bhardwaj and teacher Satayveer have been indecent to the victim Jyoti for quite some time and in turn she was molested by them on various instances.
When her father raised her voice against this heinios act they beaten up and murdered him.
