Hospital panipat. her 13 years old girl staying to look after her.aprox 3.45 pm she was kidnapped by unknown person . victim given missing complaint to police. next day police found the girl at tehsil safido district jind. on the statement / medical report police invoked the section 376G&3sc/st act 1989 on 15 -1-13.police arrested to acused on 20-1-13/2-2-13. now case uder trial & on argument stage.
