In the year of 2007 victim denied to bonded labour in the accused home then accused started to harassed to victim and his family members. First of all they stopped drinking and irrigation water of victim and then on the on 29.05.2008 they trespass on the house of victim and beaten badly. victim and his family members. Next day of incident accused took forcibly possession of victim`s land.
