on 8-9-2016, around 7am, when the husband of the victim was oout of the village and victim Panchi Devi went to the common water tap to collect the water. The main accused Prem Devi Gurjar, first prevented her to collect the water. Panchi Devi returened home without taking water. The son of the accused was also with her. Both of them were calling her with bad and when she reached her home, all the accused came to her house and dumped the dung at her and started beating her with axe, sticks and stones. In the incident, she got badly injured. the person from the neighbouring house saved her and informed her husband about the matter. He husband came back after two hours and took her to the hospital.
