Victim Deepak living at sector 6. He was going wallking near a park where accused Accused Aarti shrama sitting on a bench along with two women. when accused Aarti sharma saw to victim she comment that she angry when she saw any " Chude chamar". Both lady recorded these conversation and told to victim. Victim given the complaint to police but police did not lodge FIR. later accused commit suicide and police close the file.
