Dominant People thrashed Dalits and forced them to leave the village
The incident occured at chainpur dhekaha uder the juricediction of Pipra kothi police station in the East champaran disrict of Bihar state . The victim Harendra Ram and others victim, scheuled caste (chamar) and accused Rajendra Prasad and others accused all OBC (koiri), both are residents of the said village.The accused are very powerful, while the victims are poor labourers. There is a fight going on between the two over land for a long time.The accused have committed small and big crimes against the victims many times in the past as well.The accused have taken the police and administration under their influence.The accused want to take over the land of the victims by force and make them run away from the village. The victim was beaten up on 09.05.2025 by dominant people using the said gun and threatened to kill him. The visitor took off the gown from his brother. Two months after the incident, a FIR was filed against the accused in SC/ST police station Moatihari. The police is handling the case in a lazy manner. whose FIR No is 71/25 dated 15.07.2025
