Case summary

it\'s a very heinous crime where a \"Dalit minor girl Roopwanti  is a student  of 8th class of government school.She is  of 12 years resident  of Village  Piplakheda,Post Gagwana,Tahsil Mahwa, District Dausa .The Accused Mann Singh came at Heera Lal Bairwa\'s house for installing bore along with other persons. He somehow received the number of the victim from there.He made a call to victim and managed to call her near ITI College Balaheda Chauki.When the victim arrived at the destination.She found accusedthere who took her to deeg Bharatpur.The accused flew away leaving victim alone at a Tea Stall.Finding her self alone and helpless,The victim started working word Mahwa where she borrowed a mobile for from one Rajesh Saini to make a call to her family but the call didnot connect. The challanges a victim do not end here,The accused Rajesh Saini believing Roopwanti to be alone and helpless,followed her and convenienced her to sit with him in his motorcycle stateing that he is also going to Mahwa.From there the accused took her in the isolated woods.The accused called two other friends of him and committed rape with her one by one.it is also alleged that she was administered Alcohal. One of the co-accused took the victim to his place and again raped with her at night.

next day the victim was taken Goverdhan were she was  confined in a rented house and continuously was raped by the accused.The victim got a chance to speak to with a Railway police when she apprehended that the accused are making deal with somebody to sell her.

The FIR no. 0330/2019 dated 24/06/2019 under section 363, 376D of IPC and section5,6 of POCSO Act and SC/ST Act3(ii)(Va), was lodged against the accused under police station Mahwa,Dausa(Copy enclosed). The chargesheet has been filed .
