Appearing before the court, I gave a written statement that I am a housewife living with my family in the above place.

Yesterday, on 21/10/2015, at around 09.30 pm, my nephew named Yash Vishwalit Thosar, age 30 years, was driving a Ninja Chinese handcart to perform Lakshmi Puja. I, my sister-in-law Anita Vishwajit Thosar, Ashwini Jitendra Thosar, brother named Jitendra Parmeshwar Thosar, Vishwajit Parmeshwar Thosar, family Vishwajit Thosar were performing the puja. When our acquaintance named Lucky Khanna Singh Kalyani was throwing firecrackers from Piyula Chowk towards our Chinese shop, he threw firecrackers at my nephew's Chinese handcart. Then my brother named Yash Thosar asked Lucky Singh why he was doing this. There is an oil pan and a gas cylinder on my handcart. When he said, "Don't throw crackers towards our Chinese shop," he abused and pushed Yash, holding his anger in his heart. At the same time, Lucky Singh's father Khanna Singh Ajit Singh Kalyani, along with Jallusingh Kalyani, Arjun Singh Kalyani, Govind Singh Kalyani, Jassu alias Jasvind Kalyani and Lucky Singh Kalyani, came to us at the Ninja Chinese Center with an iron pipe sharp weapon in their hands and beat Anita Vishwajit Thosar, Ashwini Jitendra Thosar, Jitendra Parmeshwar Thosar, Vishwajit Parmeshwar Thosar, Bansh Vishwajit Thosar with an iron pipe sharp weapon. In this, Vash Vishwajit Thosar was hit on the left chest, back, right side, face and right wrist, and he has sustained serious injuries. Jitendra Parmeshwar Thosar has been seriously injured after being hit on the nose. My left hand and right finger have been injured. My mother-in-law, Naame Nilavati Satish Dedge, has been injured after being hit on the head and legs with a pipe. My nephew, Yash Thosar, has been injured after being hit on the nose with an iron pipe, on the right side under the ear, and on the back of the head. My husband, Avinash Satish Dedge, has been injured after being hit on the back with a pipe and on the left hand with a sharp weapon. In the said incident, my mangalsutra around my neck fell out and went missing.

However, on 21/10/2025 at 09:30 pm at Ninja Chinese Center Piwala Chowk, Ramtekdi Hadapsar Pune, while Lucky Singh Kalyani was abusing and harassing Yash for lighting crackers, Khanna Singh Kalyani, Lucky Singh Kalyani, Jallusing Kalyani, Jassing Kalyani, Arjun Singh Kalyani, Govind Singh Kalyani illegally gathered a crowd and came with an iron pipe and a sharp weapon in their hands. They attacked my nephew Vash Vishwajit Thosar on the left chest, back, right side, face and little finger of his right hand with a sharp weapon and

He was severely injured by hitting me with a pipe. He was severely injured by hitting Jitendra Parmeshwar Thosar on the nose with a sharp weapon. He was also injured by hitting me on my left wrist and hand, and on my right finger with an iron pipe. He was injured by hitting my mother-in-law Nilavati Satish Dedge on the head and legs, and by hitting my nephew Yash Thosar on the right side of his nose, under his ear, and behind his head with an iron pipe. He was injured by hitting my husband Avinash Satish Dedge on the back with an iron pipe and on his left hand with a sharp weapon. Therefore, I have a legal complaint against him.
