Case summary
I t is a very heinous crime where a Dalit minor girl Shweta varma who is a student of government college Rajgarh, Alwar. sexual assault with a Dalit minor girl of 17 years of Rajpura, Alwer under police station Rajgarh District Alwer was sexually assaulted by the hands of accused namely Rajendra Singh Narooka s/o Kamal Singh Narooka resident of Bhankri Police station Rajgarh, Alwer on 14/02/2019 while she went out to college .aproxmetly 1.30 to 2 pm .The accused kidnapped the girl and took her to some guest house. He raped with her there. The FIR no. 0149/2019 dated 30/3/2019 under section 363, 376D of IPC and section 3, 4 of POCSO and SC/ST 3(2)(Va) Act was lodged against the accused under police station Rajgarh, Alwer (Copy enclosed). The matter is under investigation.
