Case summary

Dominant People had  unleashed violence on the Dalits and also filed FIR against them.

The incident was occured in Navrangiya village under juricediction area of Madhuban police station district East chmaparan in the state of Bihar . The victim is Hiralal Kumar Ram, son of Mr. Raju Ram, aged 23 years with others victims are  belonging to the Scheduled Caste (Chamar) community, and the accused is Guddu Singh, son of Ramchandra Singh, aged 45 years with others accused are  belonging to the General Caste (Rajput) community. Both parties are residents of the aforementioned village.In retaliation for not receiving support in the local body elections, the main accused, Guddu Singh, along with other accused were  attacked the house of the victim, Hiralal Kumar, armed with weapons. The incident occurred on the night of December 20, 2025.During the attack, the attackers severely beat the men and women of the household. Half a dozen victims were injured, and several others sustained wounds. Furthermore, the attackers mistreated the women and attempted to sexually assault a 14-year-old girl.The accused set fire to the house of Hiralal Kumar, the victim, but the fire brigade arrived promptly and brought the fire under control. As a result, only one house and the belongings inside it were destroyed by the fire.The attackers wanted to kill Hiralal Kumar. They were searching for Hiralal Kumar, but he, being terrified, fled to another village. The next day, Hiralal Kumar filed a complaint at the Madhuban police station, and an FIR was registered. The FIR number is 479/25. The irony is that the accused not only inflicted atrocities on the victims, but also filed two fabricated FIR against the victims and their witnesses, which subject a high-level investigation.
