The date of 18 july 2019, the Village - Bhaupur, Police station- Jansa, District - Varanasi, Accused set the fire of Musahar community huts and beaten them.
The Cause of Incident , there were dispute regarding land. the Accused party suddenly bring the revenue officiers and measurement the land of the Victims.
When the Victims opposed , accused beaten and set the fire their huts. After incident victm contact to Police station Jansa, Varanasi. the Police Visited the Incident Place .
On the 19/7/2019 Police Registered First Information report against Accused anf under the Sections of IPC and PoA Act.
