Anil Prasad is of koyri caste and the village Bishunpura has majority of koiyri caste.The are enough rich and powerful so that able put pressure nearby government offices. but victim are from lower caste and poor family. On the Day of incident, Phulmato Devi , Pratima Devi, Kabita kumari and other women of same village were organising their traditional rituals and went to worship in temple situated in front of accused\'s Home. The moment group of women started to entry the temple, accused rajan kumar, sajan kumar, Ashok kumar, Mukesh Kumar, and Kundan Kumar resited them not get in to the temple. The group of women also argumenting to make entry in temple but they replied that this temple is beloged to their forefather so they can not enter here it would be unholy and dirty. The both side were trying to make themself enough good that they can do their will. later the dominant group beaten three women by Lathi and Paina. They hit them badly and women were hospitalised.
