Case summary
Rajput and Saini caste is dominating in village Raut under District Dausa. Accused people often misbehaved, illtreated and abused to victim, his family and others from Dalit community. Victim resisted this type of abusing and complained to Sarpanch. Sarpanch made him belive for stern action did not take any action. On 16 February, 2016, Accused moved towrds Dalit Basti and attacked with iron sticks, stones and also molested Dalit women.
