Case summary
Thottamuthur was located in coimbatore distirct where the dalits were living from last five generation, Those dalits was living in government waste land. It around 1.5 arcer. Dalit were doing colli works as a daily worker and agricultural land which was possed by goverment waste land.
On 02.01,2014 dalits houses and housed holdarticals were damaged by caste hindu Vevekananthan by using JCB (JCB No: TN22, AX3274). Following that he went to police station and lorged complaint against dalits by saying dalits were damaged his JCP vehical, which was used demolished the dalit houses. Dalit houses were damaged and false cases were filed against dalits and dalits were threatened to kill.
