Dakshina Kannada district, Puutur talluk, Ariyandna House, Kowdicharu Village, there lived schedule caste Holiya community belongs Anand has his wife Pushpha natively this family is from Madikeri District, Murnadu village, looking employment they hav come here and living in a rented house. this couple has two daughter 1, Asha 14 years 2, Kannika 12 years, Anand work in a workshop as welder. Shivaram bhatta who is from Janaral catagery Bramin community is the owner of this house nobody was coming to this house and he had 11 actores of land attached to this house but it was not secured thinking that if i give this huose for rent to Anand family my land will be secured and he gives the house to them.next and attached to this land there was Muslim community belongs Mumthaj was living and she was trying to accrue this land but it could not. this rented house had no electric connection so to charge the mobile phone Anandas wife Pushpa use to go to Mumthaj house to recharge the mobile. as usual on 20-07-2019 ecening around 6 o clock Pushpa had gone to Mumthaj house to put the phone for charge and come back home and next day 21-07-2019 morning around 8 o clock Pushpa had gone to Mumthaj house get back her phone but she was in the bathroom so she takes her phone and comes back home. after some time Mumthaj comes to Pushpa homes and she asks that my 4 pound gold hasbeen stolen you have taken it give it back for that she says i don\'t know i have not taken it this is the pian of Mumthaj to waken this rented house family if this family waken nobody will come to this house and then she can get that 11 actors of land. so she had put stolen drama on Pushpa.

on 27-07-2019 Mumthaj had give complaint at police station that my gold chain has been stolen. the next day on 28-07-2019 morning around 10;30 police had come to Anands house and have taken whole family Anand and his wife Pushpa and his minor daughters asha and Kannika and there police sub inspector Satyavelu, constable Dinesh, gayathri and Prasnith have remanded them whoie day and till night 11;30 by sticks they have not left children also and have given electric shock treatment to Anand they not given water to them by the beat of them Anand wife Pushpa ieg bone and hand bones were broken now at present they have admitted in Puttur Government Hospital and have referred to Mangalore district hospital and have admitted them and they are getting highertreatment. Present PSI Sathyavelu, PC Dinesh, Gahatri and Prasnitha have been suspended and have taken further investigation. on this incident nowhere complain or FIR has been not filed.

Dakshina Kannada District Putturu Taluk, Madnur Village, Saspet House, There living schedule caste Mogera community belongs Kesava 50 years and his wife Kamala 45 years and this couple has 4 children two male two female the son Chandrappa 21years secondLeelavathi married third daughter Manjula 16 years studing in 10 standurd at Papemajalu village Govarnment high school and the last son Thusar 12 years he is also studying. there is 10 KM distance from to school and to fetch the bus they had to come all the way from home to bus stand 1.5 KM by walk.as usual Manjula was going to bus stand to catchthe bus to go to school on 05-07-2019 around 9.30 AM while on the same village OBC Bhanta community belongs Ajith 28 years son of sanjeeva Poojari Had stopped her and says lie to her that your mother is not well and she had fallen down near Palaneer doll and he takes her to that place and he holds her chest and he insets the cloth to her mouth and he beats her by the beat of him she was unconscious on that time this Ajith rapes her and escapes from there. when she was waken she sees her uniform was torn and it was openedand she was much tiered someshow she reaches to home. since she was tired she slept seeing this her parent\'s takes her to Puttur Government Hospital there it comes to know that she has been raped.

this incident case has been filed at Puttur taluk Sampya police station on 05-07-2019 and the FIR has been filed and the crime No; 83/2019, IPC 1860 u/s 376(2)(1) and SC/St (poa) amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(w)(1)(11) with protection of children from sexual Offences act -2012 u/s 5, 4, has been added in the FIR. 

Dakshina Kannada district, Puttur Talluk, Kodipadi Village, and post Bathupadi house, there lived Prakash and his wife Kavith who belongs to schedule tribes, Valmeekhi Nayaka community. this couple has only one child Peena P @ Mamatha and she is studying second year Bcom in a private college Swami Vivekananda Education societies at Puttur city. at present Kavitha has been elected as Gramapanchayath member since the relationship between husband and wife her husband Prakash had left his wife Kavitha so Kavitha and her daughter Peena is living together. as usual on first week of march 2019 she had gone to the college and after finishing her collage around 4-30 in the evening she was going to the beauty parlour at Puttur city near Mahadeswara temple road while on her way same college her classmate Sunil comes to her and saying lie that he says to her that your mom had told me something and she had told me to bring you soon as possible and he takes her in his car. in the car already there were fore more people were there and they take her to Uppinangadi deserted area of Katara forest Kumaradara. in the car including Vinay there were 5 of them were there thay are

5. Prakyath s/o Subbanna Shetty 19 years OBC belongs Banta Community from Balya house, Birimaru Village, Bantwala Talluk.

these five of them forcefully takes to this forest deserted forest area and the state government has been announced and put the board that this area and the road is very dangerous even though they takes her there she asks them were are you taking me and she shouts for help there forcefully they mixes medicine in cold drinks her and after all five of them rapes her and they make video of this rape scene and they threaten her saying if you say anyone we will leak out this video and we will going to kill you. after all this there was college leadership election because of this electin there was misunderstanding between these five of them and became two group to revenge on 02-07-2019 some of them have sent the rape video scene to whatsApp group and this video was viral on this group.

seeing this at Puttur police station on 03-07-2019 police have voluntariiy longe the complaint and FIR has been filed and the crime No; 12/2019, IPC 1860 341, 376(D), 506 Sc/St(poa) Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(w)(1)(11), 3(2)(V) and Information Technology Act-2008 u/s 66 E, 67 A, has been added in the FIR.

Chamarajanagar district,hanur taluk, Managalli village, lived schedule caste holiya community belongs Venkataiah 58 years S/o late Karugaiah had gone out on 18-06-2019 and had not come back home but his body found separated from his head and have burnt at the out skirt of village about two and  half KM Alagumule forest area in the land of Kelsinanjaiah. on 24-06-2019 By the helf of police died Venkataiah wife and children have figured the body and have told that this murder has been done by bandalli village Muslim community belongs Shafiulla 52 years and R S Dddi Village Fharath Khan 48 years in the matter of money. on this case on 21-06-2019 missing case and on 24-06-2019 unknown Body case has been filed at Hanur Police station on missing case No;75/2019, and unknown body case No; 79/2019 IPC1860 u/s 302, 201, has been filed. foursly appeal police officials letur then add in FIR on 05-07-2019 IPC 1860 u/s 506 and Sc/St (poa) Amendment act-2015 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(V) and 3(2)(Va) has been added in FIR.
