Case summary
The incident took place in Birta Tola, within the jurisdiction of the Kundwa Chainpur police station in the East Champaran district of Bihar. The victim, Meena Devi (wife of Shivnarayan Ram), and the accused, Rajmangal Sah, are both residents of the same village.
