Case summary
The complainant, Varsha Bhr. Balasaheb Kamble (35 years, laborer, Buddhist), residing at Padi, Tal. Kelanpuri, District Hingoli, states that she lives with her four daughters-Pratiksha (16), Rama, Tejashwi, and Aaradhya-and her in-laws. Her husband passed away in 2019.
On 07/08/2025 at around 10:00 am, while the complainant was at a nearby grocery shop, her daughters Tejashwi and Aaradhya informed her that a man from Kalamanuri, identified as Sheikh Mobin Abdul Razak, had come to their home. The complainant alleges that the accused made her daughter Pratiksha stand on a weight and grabbed her from behind with inappropriate intentions. Pratiksha screamed, and when the complainant approached, the accused left on his motorcycle (MH26F8275).
The complainant further states that the accused had allegedly attempted a similar act six months prior. The complainant requests that appropriate legal action be taken against Sheikh Mobin Abdul Razak for the alleged misconduct toward her minor daughter.
