Case summary

Date 11/2/2024 between 9.00 pm to 11.30 pm, in spite of knowing that the victim belongs to Mahar caste, the victim's father Sahdev Mahadev Maske aged 56 years, Brick factory owner Uttam Rathore, his wife Nilabai Rathore and his brother Arjun Rathore, all residents of Nakhodi Tanda, Jalkotwadi, were trying to establish a love affair with the victim's married sister by increasing talks with Uttam Rathore. And deceased Sahdev Maske was aware of this and he also tried to convince Uttam Rathod. According to Uttam Rathod, Sahdev Maske was trying to create a interception between Uttam Rathod and the deceased's daughter's love affair, keeping anger in mind when Sahdev used to go to sleep at Bricksfactory's ffice in Tandepar at night and Uttam Rathod was aware of this. On the night of the incident, Uttam Rathod had the intention to kill Sahadev. Uttam Rathod, his wife Neelbai and his brother attacked Sahadev Rana with an axe and iron rod and injured him.
When Sahadev Maske was shouted from the office that his brother ran towards the spot and Uttam Rathod was leaving from there in a panic and told the suffering Akshay that your father has met with an accident and he is dead. After that Akshay admitted Sahadev Maske for treatment. And during the treatment, Sahadev Mahadev Maske died.
