Case summary

The victim of the incident is the father of the deceased victim. The deceased victim was studying in class 9th and was staying with her younger sister in Kasturba Girls Hostel. Magasvargıya Girls Colony (Hostel) Latur The victim complainant lives with her family of three daughters, one son, wife and parents in Naigaon, Tehsil Chakur, District Latur. The victim and her daughter and younger sister, who are 11 years old, came to stay in the hostel in June 2023 A few days after that, the hostel owner Asha Sadashiv Gutte and her sons Viddatthal Sadashiv Gutte and Shankar Sadashiv Gutte called the victim to the office at night and molested her and threatened her not to tell anyone and also threatened to kill both the sisters. Because of that, the victim did not tell anything to anyone. The victim used to visit his daughters once im two months. Similarly, when he went to meet them in April 2024, the daughter told the entire truth to her father When the victim went to ask this to the operator, she threatened to take him to the police by making dirty allegations against him, so the victim kept quiet out of fear A few days after that incident, the victim told her father on the phone to take her away from here immediately as she was being tortured a lot here. So the father told him to come and take her soon. On the night of the incident, both the accused called him to their room and when he refused to go, they beat him up and sexually tortured the victim and killed her by throwing her from the top of the building. And they also threatened the victim's younger sister that if she told anyone, they would do the same to her and throw her from the top.
