Case summary
The victim in the incident is a fifteen-year-old girl. This girl is studying in 9th class. The girl's father died a few years ago. She lives with her mother and siblings. According to the girl, the culprit Sanjay Machhindra Mohite and the culprit number 2 Vilas Vinayak live behind their house and since before Diwali, both the culprits were trying to increase their conversation with the victim. They were repeatedly trying to talk to her. One day, Sanjay Machhindra Mohite called the victim to talk to her. One day before Diwali, the culprit Sanjay Mohite called the victim behind the house around 1 pm and said, "I love you very much and let's meet in my farm." At 3 pm, he took the victim to his farm and raped the victim. He also threatened to kill the victim if she told anyone. But after that, Sanjay Machhindra Mohite started having sexual intercourse with the girl repeatedly. On 212 2013, the victim told the victim that Sanjay Machhindra Mohite had sex with her. He took her to the farm where Vilas Vinayak Mule also raped the victim and then Sanjay Machhindra Mohite also raped the victim.
