Case summary

The incident took place at a private residential school (M.S. Public School) in Maniyarpur village, under the jurisdiction of Rajepur police station in Bihar. The victim, 11-year-old Siwani Kumari—who belongs to a Scheduled Caste—had been enrolled in the school for the past year and a half and was a student in UKG. The school's principal, Vikki Singh (46)—who belongs to the general category (Rajput)—raped her repeatedly over the course of a week after administering medicines to her. Whenever the student cried or screamed, needles were pricked into her body, and she was threatened with a firearm. Even when she fell ill, she was given medication and then sexually assaulted. Vikki Singh had the support and complicity of his mother and wife in these acts. The abuse was perpetrated continuously from May 14, 2026, to May 20, 2026. During this period, Vikki Singh prevented the student from speaking to her parents to ensure the matter was not exposed. He terrorized the victim by threatening that if she told anyone about the incident, she and all her family members would be shot dead. A case (Case No. 69/26) has been registered at the Motihari Women's Police Station in connection with this matter.
