Case summary

The complainant resides with her family consisting of her father Laxman, mother Suman, younger sisters Sayali and Siddhi, grandfather Sandipan, grandmother Dhondabai, and others. There is an ongoing land dispute between their family and Arjun Raghunath Tambe of the same village, which is pending in court.
On 23/01/2025, at around 10:00 AM, the complainant and her sister went to school while their parents were working in the fields. After returning home at around 5:00 PM, the complainant, along with her mother, went to their farm named Mahadevmala to feed cattle, while her younger sister Siddhi stayed at home.
At the farm, Ajubai Raghunath Tambe deceitfully handed over kandy (onion) leaves to the complainant and falsely accused her of stealing them, shouting loudly and hurling abuses. Hearing this, Arjun Raghunath Tambe arrived, and along with Ajubai Raghunath Tambe, they pushed and assaulted the complainant and her sister by slapping, kicking, and beating them.
They also tied the complainant's father to a tree, abused him, and threatened to break his legs if he entered the forest area again. When the complainant's parents arrived to rescue their daughters, both accused persons abused and threatened them with dire consequences.
The complainant alleges physical assault, verbal abuse, and criminal intimidation by Arjun Raghunath Tambe and Ajubai Raghunath Tambe and seeks legal action against them.
