Bhim s/o Sube singh caste vlamiki r/o village Jheel District Jind. he have four children and running a tea and fruit juice stall at Narwana. His wife was expired before ten years old. his children were slipping with my parents. He was sleep after taking food.

At approx. 1am he listen some noise that somebody is in his house, so he open the door of his room and seen that accused Monu s/o Ramphal@Hoka caste Brahaman, balram s/o ramphal caste Jat, kala s/o Malwa @Mahipal r/o my village Jheel and another unknown person standing there along with sticks. he asked them that why all of you standing in his house late night. Then they said that they came here for saw him after that all accused attacked on him with the sticks and rods. Due to this attack he was fell down. Due to listen this noise his uncle’s son Suresh s/o kalatra and his wife Nirmla reached at incident place. Accused threaten to him for kill and run away. 

यह घटना जिला ऊना के गांव बरनोह की है. यह गांव ऊना मुख्यालय से 4 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है. राज्य हिमाचल में जातिय व्यवस्था पर आधारित छुआछूत की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है भारत को आज़ाद हुए 70 वर्ष के करीब हो गए है पर ऐसी घटिया मानसिकता रखने वाले लोग आज भी समाज में मौजूद है. घटना सिथित इस गांव में राजपूत जाति के 30  घर,जाट जाति के 12 घर,ब्राह्मण जाति के 7 घर और लोहार जाति का 1 घर है  इस गांव में 2 प्राइमरी व एक +2 तक हाई स्कुल है इस गांव में डिस्पेंसरी भी है व् पानी की भी कोई समस्या नहीं है.

          इसी गांव में लोहार जाति में से बलबीर सिंह स्पुत्र राम रक्खा रहता है  जिसकी उम्र लगभग 55 वर्ष की है.वह जिला शिमला में बेल्डिंग का काम करता है और किराये पर रहता है. बलबीर सिंह पिछले 40 सालों से शिमला में रह रहा है. बलबीर सिंह शादी शुदा है और उसके दो बच्चे है जो शिमला में ही पढ़ते है. बलबीर सिंह 2 भाई है. उसके बड़े भाई का नाम राम आसरा है. वह ध्याड़ी मजदूरी का काम करता है. और बरनोह गावं में ही रहता है. बलबीर सिंह और राम आसरा दोनों के हिस्से में 14-14 मरले जमीन आती है. बलबीर सिंह के गावं से राजपूत जाति  से अभिषेक ठाकुर स्पुत्र पंजाब सिंह रहता है. अभिषेक ठाकुर प्रॉपर्टी डीलर का काम करता है. उसने बलबीर सिंह के बड़े भाई राम आसरा को कहा की आप मुझे अपने हिस्से की 14 मरले जमीन मुझे दे दो उसके बदले में मैं आपको सडक के किनारे बड़िया सी जमीन लेकर दे दूंगा. लेकिन अभिषेक ने राम आसरा को धोखे में रखा और 14 मरले की बजाय सिर्फ अढाई मरले ही जमीन दी जिसका खसरा नंबर 1279 है. इस घटना को अंजाम अभिषेक ठाकुर ने 25 नबम्बर,2020 को स्पुत्र पंजाब सिंह ने अंजाम दिया. पंजाब सिंह सरकारी नौकर है. वह PWD में काम करता है. इसके बाद अभिषेक ठाकुर ने बलबीर सिंह को कहा की आप मुझे अपनी 14 मरले जमीन दे दो उसके बदले में मैं आपको 17 मरले जमीन दे दूंगा और उसी दिन अभिषेक ठाकुर ने बलबीर सिंह को बताया की आपके बड़े भाई राम आसरा ने भी मुझे अपनी जमीन बेच दी है. 11 दिसम्बर, 2020 को बलबीर सिंह को इस सारी घटना के बारे में पता चला और उसी दिन बलबीर सिंह को ये बात सुन कर बोहत हेरानी हुई की उसके बड़े भाई ने उसे इस बात के बारे में नही बताया. जब बलबीर सिंह ने अपने बड़े भाई राम आसरा से इस बात के बारे में पूछा तो राम आसरा ने उसकी बात का कोई जवाब नही दिया. बार-बार पूछने के बाद राम आसरा ने बलबीर सिंह को यह बताया की अभिषेक ठाकुर ने मुझे कहा की आप मुझे अपने हिस्से की जमीन मुझे दे दो उसके बदले में मैं आपको सड़क के किनारे बड़िया सी जमीन लेकर दे दूंगा लेकिन अभिषेक ने राम आसरा को सिर्फ अढाई मरले ही जमीन दी. जब बलबीर सिंह ने ये सारी बात अपने बड़े भाई से सुनी तो उसके दिमाग में यह बात आई की अभिषेक ठाकुर मेरे साथ भी धोखा कर रहा है. लेकिन तब तक अभिषेक ठाकुर बलबीर सिंह की जमीन की रजिस्ट्री करवा चूका था. 19 जनवरी,2021 को बलबीर सिंह ने अभिषेक ठाकुर को फोन किया और कहा की अभिषेक तुमने हमारे साथ धोखा किया है तो अभिषेक ठाकुर बलबीर सिंह को धमकी देने लगा की आप लोगो को जो करना है वो कर लो मैं आपको कोई जमीन नही दूंगा. उसके बाद 21 जनवरी,2021 को बलबीर सिंह ने तहसीलदार के पास एप्लीकेशन दी फिर तहसीलदार से दोनों पक्षों को बुलाया और इस बात के बारे में बात की. 9 फरवरी,2021 को तहसीलदार ने अभिषेक के द्वारा करवाई गयी जमीन की रजिस्ट्री को रद्द करवा दिया. उसके बाद अभिषेक ठाकुर ने तहसीलदार के खिलाफ SDM ऑफिस में रिपोर्ट कर दी.      

 Sashikala Behera, 28 years, wife of Sameer Sethi of village Ada Sahi, Po-Nuagan, PS- Rajkanika, Dist- Kendrapara is an Anganwadi Worker. She belongs to Scheduled Caste Category. Her Husband was working outside the country at Dubai. During this period, she developed intimacy with one Sarbeswar Dash, aged about 30 years, S/O- Naran Dash of village Mathasahi under Rajkanika Police Station Taking advantage of the situation, Sarbeswar Dash had taken some obscene photographs and videos of Sashikala. He also took Rs. 3.0 lakh cash promising her to take as partner in his business of Steel Rod, Cement etc. When Sashikala did not agree to continue physical relationship with him, he threatened her of dire consequences and also to make public the obscene photos and videos. On 8.6.2020 Sarbeswar assaulted Sashikala, humiliated her in front of her house. Basing on the complaint by Sashikala, Rajkanika Police Station case no. 120 dated 9.6.2020 was registered under section 341, 294, 323, 354-B, 379, 506 IPC with 3(i)(r)(s) (2)(va) of SC &ST PoA Act.After recording of statement if the victim, Section 376 IPC was invoked by the police.

The accused was arrested on 7.7.2020 and later granted Bail on 15.7.2020. After he was released from jail, the accused threatened the victim at gun point to withdraw the case. This was informed to the Investigating Officer cum SDPO, Pattamundai on 30.07.2020. Again on 4.8.2020, the maternal uncle of the accused threatened minor daughter of the victim along-with the victim to make public indecent photos and videos of the victim so that she is ousted from her post of Anganwadi worker. A complaint was filed at Rajkanika Police Station on 04.08.2020. The accused made public the obscene photos and videos of the victim making her subjected to humiliation. Complaints in this connection were filed on 17.8.2020 and 19.8.2020 at Rajkanika Police Station. This matter circulating the indecent photos through electronic means by the accused was also informed to the I.O cum SDPO, Pattamundai on 17.8.2020. But none of the above complaints was registered as FIR. Thus a fact finding was carried out for further monitoring of the case.

The Date of 4th January 2021 at the time of 10.30 am Police with accused reached Bachhauli Village and The Statue of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim rao Ambedkar removing from the place of situated by Forcibly . That land was of Revenue department . The chief of Bachhauli Village Dinesh kumar had the proposal passed by Gram Panchayat and Pending to the SDM Chandauli for the Permission from last One Year. Many times Village chief and Othe Members of Village tried to Take Permission from SDM Chandauli but they were never succeed. 

On  the day of before  The Villagers put the Statue at the same place. The day of Incident any one Inform to Police regarding this issue and after that Police reached that Place with SDM and Trying to remove that Statue by JCB Mashine. 

After that Police case registered against Dalits of Bachhauli under IPCs .

Late Munshi Sonkar was a youth leader of Samajvadi Parti  and He was preparing for finthing in election for District Panchayat Member. 

The day of Incident he went out from his house by the Car at time of 11 pm. Till night he did not came back his house , then his parents worried and starting to search by contact by phone to their relatives.

Next day 8/1/2021 Published news paper regarding Mushi murder case by news papers and Police. At the Incident Place Senior officers reached and given directions to police . Police started to Investigation, Police arrested the same of incident  one accuse Vikas yadav . The Vikas yadav was friend of Munshi . 

Police of Balua Police station filed case under sec.302 ipc and 3(2)va SC/ST against accused. 

According the Police , The Munshi was a Criminal . there was half dozen FIR agains Munshi in Chandauli District.
