This incident complaint has been registered at sinagi police sation on 26-08-2020 and FIR has been filed and the case no; 222/2020 IPC 1860 u/s 302, r/w 34 and sc/st(POA)Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(V) has been filed.

Kolara district, srinivasapura talluk, basavanapalli(Parsanapalli) village, schedule caste Madiga community belongs Narasimhaiah and hiswife Laksmi, his couple has 3 children and they have 3 actors of land at the village, next to Narasimhaiah land there are many lands which belongs to the same village Rajareddy who belongs to OBC Vokkaliga gowda community first comes Rajareddy land and then next comes Narasimhaiah land so he has to go his land through Rajareddy land so there was clash between them for many times on the matter of road. this incident case has been filed at Rayalpadu police station on 12-06-2020 and the crime No; 43/2020 IPC 1860 u/s 435, 323, 324, 504, 506, r/w 34 and sc/st(POA)Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), has been added in the case. on 19-09-2020 criminals Rajareddy and his son Surendrareddy has been arrested.  

Bagalkot district, Rabakavi talluk,  Kesarakoppa village, there lived schedule caste Madara community belongs Devadasi family belongs Bagavva, shenhas one male and two female children, all the children were married. her only son Vittal Bagavva - 25 years he has been married last one year back to Sathyavva and they have no children. Vittal mother Bagavva who is a devadasi women were dide last 7 years back and Vittal were almost running his life with her wife smoothly. Vittal had sent his wife to her mother house and he had about to bring her back in the next day morning. on 23-05-2020 after his dinner Vittal slept at home same day night around 10;30 at schedule caste Madiga community street two pepole were roaming with bike making bike sound listing the sound Vittal comes from the house and asks them what are you doing here in this night and who are you listening this they both attcks on him by the foce of their attck Vittal dies there then his body were hanged, they are OBC Kuruba community  Belongs Mahlingappa parappa powleshwara and shreshaila singadappa Poeleshwara. Vital family had been given missing complaint at mahalingapura Police station on 23-05-2020.
