Murder of a Dalit Girl

The date of 24th august 2020, Late Sapna is now deseased , went to Behajam market for form fill up to admission in the Morning 8 am  . A long time of that she was not came back to home . then worried her parents and searching to her in the Village  and other places , but did not find her. 

The next day on the date of 25th august 2020 the parents of Sapne got information the her daughter\' dead body was  near a pond with mud . 

then parents inform to others and reached there, the incident place  , the place of incident was  Behijam , neem gaon Kheri. 

they inform to police and police captured the dead body of Victim and sent to Post mortem house kheri for Investigation.

 On  the date of 14/8/2020 Incident Victim Went to farm to Defeacation at 2 pm neat of her house in the same village. after a long time she did not come to her house , the parents of Victim  worried and started to searchin her. 

After one and half hour they search in the farms of village area and their house , a Villager Devaki nangdan said to Father of Victim that he was swwn to Victim , was going to the farm of that side. after parents searching according to that direction, there  santosh yadav and Sanjay were siiting in side the sugar can farm and looking to villagers. the parents doubt and searching the same place  and looked her daughter\'s died body and accused ran away. 

After Police Torture, Dalit youth commited Suicide

During the Lock down , effected the Covid- 19,  all the Industries closed and  

The workers were expelled from the company .Late Rosan lal s/o Ram das was also working in the the Coimpany of Guragaon india. After Closing Company he also returned to his Village and after he corontine in the Governt School of the Village .on the date of 31st march 2020 he went to shop of wheat mill , the police of Aurangabad police chauki came and asked him the causes . Rosan lal sxpress their openion , then after police beaten him . rosan lal very upset and go to home , at night 8 pm he went to his form house and committed suicide. 

On 26th Dipak , Prakash, Binod, Ajit, Shivnarayan, Arvind,  had a fight over a game with some boys from Thakur and Brahmin community. After this scuffle on 28.05.2020, Amritlal, Ramakant, Sanjog, Rajesh, LAllan, Suryamani Ganesh, Vinay, Uday Raj, Ankit, Raju, Kamal Kumar, Shyam Raj  came together and seven more anonymous people surrounded the victim’s house and started abusing, using caste remarks , damaged properties, immorally behaved with the women in the house, and even physically attacked them, injuring Shivnarayan, who got hurt in waist, Vinod injured his left leg, Fulchand fractured his hand, and even the fearless Thakur perpetrators pelted stone on Dalit victims.

 112 and 108 came to the spot of the incidence, and victims were taken to the Public health center, where they were not given adequate needed medical assistance and sent back only with painkillers.

 Post those victims filed an FIR, under S.O on 28.05.2020. CHS Sujansingh referred them for Sadar, Jaunpur.

 Victims to save their life from the perpetrators running here and there.  Section 308 has been charged by the opposition against the victim, and thus, often police raiding the house of the victim to arrest them

on dated 17.9.20 at approx 9.30pm accused Bittu@tractor  wala, Pappu, kaka caste panjabi bruttally beaten to victims Rahul, Bittu, Sawitri, kaki and kusum caste koli (sc) and split the cloths of kusum, victm Sawitri was unconcios due to head injury, accused kaka threaten to dalit minor girl that he will insert iron rod in her private part. victim kaki run away from the incident. policeman sandeep constable also trotured to victims in p.s. and action on both side under 751CRPC and did not lodge an FIR under Sc/St Act 1989 and favor to accused.
