The victim mrs.Babita Santosh Ughada, aged 27 occu.Labour/vegetable seller R.at.hedutane Tal.panvel Dist. Raigad & three others victims namely Buddhi Ganesh paradhi, Shaniwari Mangalya Chawdhari and Tai Goma Ughada. all reciding above mention address.

And four victims were walked to sell the vegetable on 3/12/2019 at 6:30 am.The one unknown person Mr Krishna Ramnivas Yadav aged 25 yrs s/o Ramnivas Banshraj Yadav occu.Service R. at Valap po. Padaghe tal. Panvel dist. Raigad.was follow them with his Activa 2wheeler MH-46 BT3742 and stoped the victim and told her why you waste time to sell vegetable that you have other things to sell then he starting to touch her body and told the womam like you Adivasis are surrendered themselves by 100 or 200 rupees.and continued to use abusive words then victim refused to do so and try to stop him for further action.but accused did not ready to stop then all victims starting shouting then he frightened and ran away from that place.Then victim came to their home and told the entire story to men.hence the FIR ldged with New panvel police station on 3/12/2019 at 22 : 29

That the accusd followed the victim several times and touches the he victim without her will and consent and use the abusive words and caste basis insult publcly. That accused has knowledge the victims are belonging ST.category.that the accused committed the same crime intentionally and accuse belonging general or upper class category.

On dated 19-12-2017 Deceased Dhanamma Hanamanth Shahapur age 15 years pld, Caste Scheduled caste , 9th standarad in sri Mallikarjun High School at Manjunatha nagar near central Jail Vijayapura. on 19-12-2017 Deceased Dhanamma H Shahapur had been School aolng with her cousin as Dhanamma cousin sister was also studying in the same above mentioned school.

Deceased Dhanamma and her cousin sister were walking towards their home on Khaja ameen Darga road. Accused Deepak Mulasavalagi who was studied in the same high school wherein deceased was studying.

Accused deepak Mulasavalagi along with 4-5 persons came by auto and motor cycle scooty. Deepak mulasavalagi, stooped deceased Dhanamma and her cousin sister Anusha sanjiv  Anjutagi he forcefully asked deceased Dhanamma to came with him, deceased Dhanamma and her cousin sister trying to run from there and deceased Dhanamma started scream thereafter accused Deepak Mulasavalagi forcefully dragged her and took her on scooty and the said auto followed scooty. then after deceased Dhanamma H Shahapur was gang rapped and murdered.

In village Dughala, Tehsil Aundha Nagnath of District Hingoli, the accused Kaliash Giri Tukan Giri, Sudhir Kailash Giri and Virendra Kailash Giri has encroached the Datratray Devasthan Land and illegaly transfered in their neme. All vilagers of Dudhala Gram complained about the same to DM, Adl. Collector, and SDM, Tehsildar etc. The DM issued order in favour of villagers and direted the accuded to handover the possession to villagers in the name of Datratray Devasthan. In all this process, NDMJ DHRD JAgdip Dipake helped the villagers. Therefore all the above accused on dated 10/11/2019 midnight asaulted the parents of Jagdip Dipake and set the house on fire.
