Ganesan S/o Ramasamy is a resident of Raja Nagar, Peedampalli, Sulur of Coimbatore district. He is belonging to the Arunthathiyar Community (sub sect of the scheduled caste). He had approached Mr. Kumaravel, former  panchayat president seeking land entitlements for the Dalits in Peedampalli village...but he didn\\\'t have taken any steps in providing free land entitlements to the poor Dalits....later Ganesan had approached to Mr. Paktavachalam, Thasildar and he had also didn\\\'t take any steps in this regard...Rather Kumaravel and Paktavachalam had nexus and veebally abused Ganesan in filthy and derogatory language who was working for a social cause of the vulnerable communities.  A case was registered at Sulur PS with the crime number number 122/2020, 3(1)(zc), 3(1)(a), 3(1)(e), 3(1)(r) Sc/ST PoA Act.

Durayan S/No of Rangan Residing with his family at Pudhucolony, Erankattur, Erode District.  Durayan belongs to  Arunthathiyar Community (sub sect of scheduled caste)  mainly engaged in conch blowing in his nearby villages  valaiyapalayam, Erankattur, Kalliapatti, Kumarasami Colony respectively... On 08.01.2020 he had gone for his work around 9 pm and came back from work on 9th Early morning around 12.30 to Thannirpanthal village to continue his work.  Meanwhile Durayan had  crossed Mr. Karthikeyan office, he suddenly stopped durayan for not conch blowing in front of his office and moreover Durayan  doesn\'t know karthikeyan living in this area.  While karthikeyan holding his bicycle, Durayan asked to give back his cycle, but he refused to give it and brutally attacked and verbally abused in filthy and derogatory  language  referring to the caste names.  He incurred severe injuries and a case was registered at Bangalapudhur PS with the crime number number 8/2020, 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va), 324, 506(1) Sc/ST PoA Act.

on dated 9.2.20 at approx.12.30 noon victim Rekha w/o sandeep was stop her child to play in dirty drain at their house , accused suresh chand and his family argue with victim and attack on her ,when victim run away in her house. they enterted in her house and beaten to victim. when her neighbour Sumitra trying to save the victim, accused also beaten her.

                यह घटना जिला ऊना की तहसील हरोली के गांव सैन्सोवाल की है. यह गांव ऊना मुख्यालय से 20 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है. राज्य हिमाचल में जातिय व्यवस्था पर आधारित छुआछूत की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है भारत को आज़ाद हुए 70 वर्ष के करीब हो गए है पर ऐसी घटिया मानसिकता रखने वाले लोग आज भी समाज में मौजूद है. घटना सिथित इस गांव में चमार जाति के 70 घर, राजपूत जाति के 15 घर, नाइ जाति के 06 घर, ब्राहमण जाति के 10 घर, बाती (OBC) 60, लोहार जाति के 8  है.

             इसी गांव में दलित लोहार जाति में से प्रोमिला देवी पत्नी श्री योगराज रहती है जो की मौजूदा पंचायत प्रधान है. प्रोमिला देवी 2016 में गांव सैन्सोवाल की पंचायत प्रधान बनी है. इस गांव के राजपूत जाति से नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू जो की गांव सैन्सोवाल पंचायत में मौजूदा उप प्रधान है पिछले एक वर्ष से प्रधान प्रोमिला देवी को काफी परेशान कर रहा है वह हर आये दिन प्रधान प्रोमिला देवी को गंदे गंदे इशारे करता रहता था करीव छ: महीने पहले प्रधान प्रोमिला देवी ने उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू के बारे में अपने पति को बताया तो उसके पति ने उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू को अपने दफ्तर में बुलाकर समझाया की वह उसकी पत्नी को तंग ना करे इसके बाद तो उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू ने हद कर दी और हर रोंज किसी ना किसी बहाने से प्रधान प्रोमिला देवी को तंग करना शुरू कर दिया उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू प्रोमिला देवी के किये हुए हर काम को गलत करने लगा व हर काम में टिप्निया देने लगा. जिसके चलते कई बार प्रोमिला देवी अपनी पंचायत से रोते हुए अपने घर को आई है. जब भी कभी प्रोमिला के पति उसे पंचायत घर छोड़ने जाते तो उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू

बहस करता की तेरा पति पंचायत घर में नहीं आना चाहिए क्योंकि पंचायत घर से प्रोमिला देवी का घर लगभग 2 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है पंचायत का सारा काम व हर सरकारी दफ्तर में जाने का काम प्रोमिला देवी ही करती है.

   18 फरवरी 2020 को पंचायत की मीटिंग थी जिसमे कुल 4 सदस्य सहित करीब 10 जन वहां पर मौजूद थे. उस समय 12 दोपहर बजे के करीब का समय था उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू पंचायत में आया और बैठते ही जो गल्ली बनाने को लेकर बात चल रही थी उस पर बहस बाजी करने लग पडा. प्रोमिला देवी गल्ली बनाने को लेकर कम रेट पर मिस्त्री लगाने जा रही थी पर उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू आग बबूला हो गया और बोला मै अपना मिस्त्री लगाउंगा जो की ज्यादा रेट वाला था प्रोमिला देवी के मना करने पर उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू गालियाँ निकालने लगा और कहने लगा की तेरी ओकात सिर्फ नेता लोगों के साथ फोटो करवाने की है क्योंकि तू चीज ही बड़ी अलग है पर तू है तो नीच जात की और तेरी सोच भी छोटी है और दलित होकर दलित ही बन निकली है. और उसी दोरान आपति जनक इशारे करते हुए टेवल को जोर जोर बजाते हुए प्रोमिला देवी की कुर्सी के पास आया और पंचायत घर से बाहर जाने को बोलने लग पडा. तब प्रोमिला देवी दरवाजे के बाहर आते हुए बोलने लगी की अब मै तेरे से तंग आ गयी हूँ अब तेरी शिकायत देनी पड़ेगी तब उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू बोलने लगा जा जा यहाँ भौंक मत.

उसी दिन शाम को करीब 4 बजे SDM व् DSP तहसील हरोली जिला ऊना को प्रोमिला देवी ने अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवाई जिसकी पुलिस ने 20 फरवरी को FIR दर्ज की जो की मामूली सी धारायों में दर्ज की है. पर अब उप प्रधान नरदेव सिंह उर्फ़ काकू प्रोमिला देवी व इसके पति को जान से मारने की धमकियां दे रहा है.

The date of 13/02/2020 at 9 am , Dabang Thakurs of this Village Collectively and Suddenly Attacked with shouting slogan  of “JAI SHREE RAM” to Dalits Women, Girls, men and Child by the Axes, Lathi and Legs when the Women of Family came forward to save the people of the village and some Men was out of village.  The woman Rekha w/o Kamlesh (30) said , when she was serious injured , asked to some water to drinking , thakur made her drink urine. Thakurs attacked by the Axes on the heads of women and girls  and they are Serious injured, their condition is worring. Now they are admitted in the Kanpur Government Hospital.

During the Attack, a 5 year-old child also brock the hand and molesting with teenage girls. The attackers numbered around 80-100.

The women said, when the Women were running to save their lives, one thakur called to save in a room, the women due to confusion went into the rom , then was locked by thakur and badly beaten and molesting .

Dated from 1^st February to 8 february 2020 , Organized a Dr. Ambedkar and Buddh Katha by Dalits in their Colony. The date of 3^rd February, Sappu Singh came to Program place and started abusing to Dalits and made a lot of ruckus . during this time he threatened that you will not let people enter our land and dismiss you people from your land.  4^th February , there was marriage of Thakur Family and he worn and asked to stop mike’s Voice. The people of Dalit suggest that we will slow down the voice of the mike , but can not stop.  The Bhuiyadin was the main Organizer of Bhuiyadeen s/o Lalai (50)  (Dalit) . the last day of Katha, Dalits  Organized Bhandara and end up of the Program.

On the date of 12^th February , Some Children of Thakurs torn posters of Baba Saheb, when the Children of Dalit basti opposed , then situation was serous than some people call to the Police of 112. Police came and called to all both community and compromised .  Accordig to Villagers, 12^th Evening The Thakurs group organized a secret meeting , but the Dalit was not taken serous of this meeting.

On the 13^th February 2020 9 am., The Dalits were preparing their own work , then suddenly 80-100 numbers of thakurs Suddenly Attacked with shouting slogan  of “JAI SHREE RAM” to Dalits Womens, Girls, men and Child by the Axes, Lathi and Legs, hockey .
