Nagarajuwas not there at home but his mother Basamma 70 years his wife Siddarajamma and his three children were there at home. in the same day night at 7-30 the sameMuslim boys Jameer Pasha 20 years Shakheer Pasha 20 years and Arub Khan 11 years were sitting in front of his house and badly calls his daughter Dakshayeni that come with us one day for thjat her brothers Gunashekar and Prabhuswamy scolds them and there was a small class also after that they have gone from there. then these three goes to their street and have told to all their community peple that SC Holeya community people have scolded us in bad words and have beaten us. after that along with them nearly 25 to 30 peple of their community comes and enters Nagarajus house with sticks, stones sickle and with deadly wepone and destroys all his house and things and beats to his family members even they have not seen old peple and women\'s and have beaten Nagarajus relative Mahesh 35 years s/o Sannamadaiah badly. since chennajamma, Basamma and Gunashekar had beaten badly they have been admitted in Nanjangudu hospital as inpatient and taking treatment. police have cleared all and have given proteection for both street.

this incident case has been filed at Biligere police station on 11-06-2017 and the crime No 130/2017, IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 148, 324, 506, 149 and Sc/St (poa) act 1989, 3(1)(x) has been filed.

Mysore district,T Narasipura taluk, Vatal village, schedule cast, madiga community belongs Ningaraju 30 years old s/o Ghanaian and Montana, was working as cool worker in OBC Lingayatha community belongs Rajappa from, offer finishing his work he use to go to Rajappa house for money and Rajappa s/o Abhishek was giving money to him. One day on 06-12-2016 as usual Ningaraju went for work at Rajappa from and finished his work and want to Rajappa house for money in the evening around 6 o clock, Rajappa son says him come after some time, and so he want back and comes around 10 o clock at night.suddenly Abhishek gets angry and colls his workers of his same community belongs Navilur one person and Gamanahalli village one person all together pulls Ningaraju inside the auto and beats him badly by their lang and foots until Ningaraju house comes and after his house came they throw him out of auto and they went back. It was deadly beat so he was included so on 07 - 12- 2017 he was admitted to T Narasipura hospital but there doctor says take him to higher hospital at Mysore K R Hospital. On 09- 12- 2016 again he was admitted to K R Hospital but doctor says he will not serviev and they discharged him on 26- 12- 2016.but on 22- 12- 2016 he vomits blood on 22- 01- 2017 soon he was taken to T Narasipura hospital from there he was shifted to K R Hospital on 23- 01- 2017 but the treatment was not success he dies on 24- 01- 2017 and the next day on 25- 01- 2017 they gives body after post mortem.

This case has been filed at T Narasipura police station on 07- 12- 2016, the crime number: 328/2016, IPC 1860 u/s 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 and SC/st (poa) Amendment act- 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), and on 25- 01- 2017 additional section was added  IPC 1860, 302 and SC/st (poa) Amendment act- 2015 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) has been filed.

Hassan district, Arakalgudu talluk, Hanagal village, schedule cast community belongs Harish 33 years s/o Devaiah and Deveeramma was working in the land of next village Karki Koppalu Saddam land from last 4-5 years. Harish and his wife  both of them were going there for work together. Harish had not gone Saddam land for work from last some days, so one day Saddam came near Harish house and scolded him by bad words. Since Harish was not going Saddam land for work he orders his wife not to go there for work. On 19-01 2017 Harish had gone Arakalgudu for some work, on the same day his wife goes to Saddam land for work without informing Harish. After Harish work finished he comes back home around 4 - 30 in the evening there he sees his wife was not at home soon he goes to Karki Koppalu Saddam land there he sees wife and he scolds her, by that time suddenly Saddam, Irfan and Jamrud comes there and pulls Harish into the land and beast him badly and murders him. After Harish death they takes his body by their own car to Hospital there doctor says he is already dead. Suddenly they call Harish brother Deborah from hospital saying your brother Harish has taken poison was have admitted him in the hospital don\'t tell anyone come soon. Suddenly he goes to hospital there doctor tells him he is dead you can take the body. He brings his body to Hanagal village on 20-01-2017 for bury. As of their culture they removes Harish dead cloths for bathing there they see the marks of beaten on the Harish body there they doubtfully decides that Harish was murdered.

But parents of Padma was not happy because Abhishek is not the same cast boy. So one day Padma father Kadu Prakash, her brother and her relatives Martini, Ramseh and Chairs called Abhlshek Abhishek friend Harshith and told him go to Abhishek and call him saying that Padma is calling you and bring him near shubodaya school, so he brought him there, there these five people ware waiting in the Scorpio car for his come, soon he came they kidnapped Abhishek and took him to Kadu Prakash farm house and they put him in a room for some time and they tiered his cloth and beaten him badly by sticks, from rods and repars and theyput slippers garland and a slate written with bad words and put it on his neck and thrown him on Mallasandra railway gate around 1 0, clock in the noon. These all were recorded by them in the mobile phone and  they send it to all by what\\\'s SAP. Slowly Abhishek was recovered and took some ones mobile and called his father but his father too far went for work, so his father called his elder brother Manjesh soon he want and admitted him to hospital but there these beaten fellows were roaming near the hospital so they discharged him from the hospital and took him to home. The next day on 19- 01- 2017 seeing whats SAP video the police department is files the case voluntarily. In the same day tumkur DC and SP visits Abhishek and collects the information and shifts him to tumkur district hospital.

Siddappa had kept a provision who and this shop was taken cared by Siddappa wife Shekavva . Chandappa was going daily to Siddappa provision store to bug things and after buying he use to talk some time with Shekavva w/o Siddappa.Siddappa and his sons seeing this they misunderstood Chandappa and one day Siddappa and his sons had beaten Chandappa badly. After that this incident were complained but villagers had called both of them and they were closed the matter. After this incident Chandappa was afraid of them so he left the villGe and went to his wife village Navvalagunda talluk Bellare. But this side Siddappa and his sons were torching Shekavva daily so one day Shekavva also left the village and went his father house. One day Chandappa wife were dead so he had to come back to his own village. Seeing Chandappa and his son that because of this fellow my wife left me my reputation were spoiled. So one day he planned to murder Chandappa. On 03 -01 -2017 Chandappa went to shop on the same day Siddappa and his sons Kumara , Nakula and his relative Mudukavva waited for Chandappa come back and soon be was coming they four of them attacked Chandappa and they beat him by stick and sickle and killed him.
