Velingiri (53 yrs) belongs to Schedule Caste Aruthathiyar community resides in Arijina Colony, Chinnapampalayam, Aanamalai, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District. He is working as a cooli labour.On 20.12.2016 around 11.30 p.m was working in Parabikulam Aliyar Pasana Project (PAP). Velingri was clearing out the wastes which was dumped in the way where water is coming out. During that time land lord Sethil Nayakar stopped him for doing the work. Velangiri did not listen to Senthil Nayakar. He continued his cleaning work. Senthil in front of all others beated Velangiri with slippers. Velangiri was brutally attacked by the dominant caste Senthil. On 21.12.2016 Velangiri was admitted in Vetaikatarn Pudhur GH as inpatient an underwent treatment for three days. Accussed has been arrested and now he is in judicial custody in Coimbatore central prison . Velangiri and witnesses have been threatened by the dominant caste groupto withdraw the case. 

Rayi sanyasamma who is asha worker went to the villege and gathering the pregnants and infants/chilrden for measels prog i.e Janaany section. Inmean while she came to sc cloony,suddenly Chandaka Ramana came by the bike (bike no:AP35 J 1703) and stoped before Sanyasamma,He abused in the name of caste,she asked why are you abusing me.then he slapped on chick and kicked on the stomuch.

two bc candidates(Chandaka ramesh,Routhu Trimuthulu,) witnessed the incident and asked him, he ran away to TDP meeting place i.e Jana Chaitanya yatra. victim and witness went to the meeting place along with her husband,,again chandaka ramana attacked with thier followers.police pepole laso there.incident happened on 5th Nov 2016 at 10am

then victim went to nellemarla police station gave the compliant but they registerd the case in the evening only.

Macha Kamalamma took a loan 5 lackhs from Marnaana Laxmana Rao on 16-12-2014 .Intrest rate 6/- per 100 and Marnana Laxmarao took 2 promisary notes ,3 empty cheques of oriental bank,Vizianagaram.kamalamma went Laxman Rao\'s House to pay the interset @6/-,But he is not accepted the intrest@ 6/- ,and demand 20/-rupees intrest per 100/-,if not able to pay 5lackhs retun immediaetly. then 20/- INTREST accepted and paid 6 lackhs for the 6months..next month kamalamma unable to paid,so delayed.Marnana Laxmanarao,Govind and Naidu went to kamalamma\'S house and gave warning to her.Kamalamma again to start  the payment,5lackhs paid again..totally 11 lackshs paid for the 11months.

Kamalamma unabled to paid 12th month  interst for 5lackhs loan,Then Marnana Laxman and above others entred into her house ,abused in the name of the caste and threatned her,and took house documents collected forcebelly,tokk signatures on the two white papers..so , she gave coplaint to I town police station of vizianagaram on 25th Feb 2016

पीड़िता कुमारी निशा १४ वर्ष अपनी चाची के साथ सौच के लिए घर के बगल में नहर की पटरी पर गई थी की अचानक दो मोटर साइकिल पर सवार तीन लोग पीछे की तरफ से आये और निशा के साथ छेड़- छाड़ करने लगे इतने में उसकी चाची ने विरोध किया तो उसको बाल पकड़ करके मारे पिटे और शोर करने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दिए तब आरोपीगण निशा का मुँह दबा करके मोटर साइकिल पर जबरन बैठा करके ले गए जहाँ तीनों आरोपिये ने सामूहिक बलात्कार किया
