पीड़िता के मकान के सामने आराजी २४७०, ०४२१ एयर व २४६/०.०४० एयर बैनामा सुदा जमीन से मारपीट घटना स्थल 

Village Bhogadi Tola is situated in west champaran of Bihar which is a Muslim Majority area and only 7 houses of Chamar caste is stayng out side of village. These chamar caste family have not their own land but gairmazura. The victim faimly is very poor economically and working in \"Itta Bhtta\" for earning money. Even they work day of months but not able to kill hunger of whole family. 

      The mudered Dalit Mazdoor was working in \"Star itta Bhatta\" .  According his family, Neighbourer and Jan Pratinidhi he was a very gentle and good person in village who had no any kind of quarrel in vllage. On the day of incident, he told his family that he was going to repair his mobile. but he went village near home Fida hussain. Some quick quarrel happened between victim and accussed. Then he was mudered and his body was thrown in field. Accused family and police tried to make a new statement that he was not mentally well so he tried to attack on acuused daughter and cut her thumb of left leg.

On 25.12.2016 Geetha (33 yrs) belongs to Arunthathiyar caste was washing her clothes on the washing stone which was meant for everyone, during that time Latha from Pandaram caste group scolded her for using public property, therefore Latha insulted Geetha by referring the caste name in the public. Later with some members of dominant caste group Latha brutally attacked Geetha inside her house. In Arachalur Police Station Geetha filed a complained against Lalitha for attacking her. This incident was informed to SASY by Thangavel BSP, Erode District. Information was collected by the details given by the victim.
