Tribal Woman Kengammal and her son Kathavaran were verbally abused and brutally attacked by Mr. Murugan and Mr. Muthukrishnan along with 20 men from the dominant caste. On 10th September 2016 Kengammal had lodged a complaint aganist the perpetrator at Ananthapuram Police Station, Viluppuram District. Meanwhile the perpetrator lodged a false complaint aganist Kengammal and her son Kathavaran on 27.09.2016 at the same police station.

Karthick, Manikandan and Ravi Kumar belonging to the Scheduled Tribes was brutally attacked by a group of dominant caste men belonging to the Kongu Vellalar community. The incident occured on 29.10.2016 (Diwali) and the three innocent victims got grievious injuries and was admitted to the hospital. The primary accused are Mr. Kathiresan and Mr. Manikandan of Jeevanthapudur Village Anamalai Block, Ganapathipalayam Post, Govindapuram via, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

Dalit woman Ms. Anandhi (20) resided with her father Kandasamy in Vellalapalayam, Kulavikadu, Gobichettipalayam of Erode District. On 17.10.2016 Anandhi was found dead in a well (100 feet) near Vellalapalayam, Kulavikadu, under suscipious circumstances. Her body was taken to autopsy and it was found that she was carrying a baby and was in her thrid trimester. The reason for her death is unknown and under suspicion.

Police initially denied to register FIR and finally registered with 6 hours delay

🔹 no proper sections of POA & IPC and atrocity amendment sections like 3(1)(g), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s),3(1)(w) & 3(2)(5a) has not been applied

🔹The accused assaulted with 303 rifile base but same has not been seized yet
🔹police & accused indirectly threatning complainat with filling false counter case against his family
🔹the victims family is under pressure of life threat but not any protection to them
🔹accuses is having gun licence and also illegal arms, but not any action towards cancellation of such licence & seazure of illegal arms

दिनांक 13सितंबर 2016 को अनुसूचित जाति जनजाति छात्रावास कालमुखी, जिला खंडवा के अधिक्षक बलराम सिंह रावत पिता मंगल सिंह रावत गांव में एक व्यक्ति के साथ कुछ लोग मारपीट कर रहे थे जिसे रोकने वे पहुंचे थे! शाम तीन बजे के लगभग बीच बचाव करने पर में मारपीट करने वाले पूर्व जिला पंचायत सदस्य गोविंद वर्मा, पंकज गुप्ता, चंद्रप्रकाश गुर्जर अपने साथियों के साथ छात्रावास पहुंच गया और अधिक्षक बलराम के साथ मारपीट करने लगा, मारपीट होती देख बचाने एक युवक चंद्रभान काकड़िया आया तो उसके साथ भी गोविंद वर्मा और उसके साथियों ने आंख में मिर्र डालकर मारपीट की. दोनों घायलों को 108 की मदद से जिला चिकित्सालय लाया गया.उक्त घटना के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया बल्कि चंद्रभान के विरुद्ध मारपीट का मामला दर्ज किया, जो कि अस्पताल में भर्ती था. वहीं आरोपी गोविंद वर्मा स्थानीय विधायक(भाजपा) देवेंद्र वर्मा के साथ घूमता रहा. 

दूसरे दिन मामला गर्माने पर सामाजिक संगठनों, छात्र संगठन भी सड़क पर उतरे, रैली, धरना प्रदर्शन, ज्ञापन दिये गये लेकिन पुलिस ने मामले में कोई भी एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं की. पीड़ितों की गंभीर चोटों के चलते उन्हे इंदौर रिफर किया गया, फिर भी पुलिस ने मामले को संज्ञान में नहीं लिया है.
