Baangalore rural district, Devanahalli talluk, Kempathimmanahalli village ther lived schedule tribes Valmeeki nayaka community belongs Muniraju 55 years an his wife Venkatamma 50 years this couple has two male children Manjunath 26 years is first son and he has been studied up to PUC and he is working as lorry driver, Gangaraj 21 is their second son and he is also working as lorry driver, Manjunath has been married Manjula 22 years and she is belongs to Schedul Caste  Bovi community and she had been studied Bcom and it \'s an inerracial marriage.

The same talluk devanahalli uganavadi village OBC community belongs Kurubagowda community Narayanaswami and his wife Pillamma their son is Shasikumar 26 years he is the owner of lorry and they are very rich and have many lands near Devanahalli international airport and this land is very costly, he has been married Shilpa last two years back and they have three months baby. this family is also forwarded in political background and one of his relative has been elected as Gramapanchayath member for 7 years continuously and he has been elected as President also.

Schedule tribes Manjunath and OBC Kurubagowda community belongs Shasikumar both are best friends by child hood and form 8 th standered to PUC they are classmates. manjunath had land at devanahalli taluk Yukthagana village and they have sold that land also. the money which they land Manjunath had given one lack rupees as loan to his frind Shasikumar. were asking Shasikumar now and then to return back his money. on this money matter one day Manjunathas parents have asked him where is the money you had taken from home for that he had told them that i have given it to shasikumar and he will return it soon. since he is his frind they were kept silent.

on 21-08-2016 Shasikumar had called Manjunath to come so with his bike he had gone to see Shasikumar there both have drank alcohol and had gone to on a rock which is in next district of Kolara Gaginadinne village government land of Nilagiri forest. Shasikumar drinks to Manjunath on the rock and after all that around 8-30 at night he  cuts Manjunaths neck and have killed him and went off. after all night around 11-30 voluntarily he had gone to Vishwanathapura police station and have surrendered. this incident case has been filed at Vishwanathapura police station and the crime no 00/2016 IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 148, 324, 506, 149 and Sc/St (poa) act 1989, 3(1)(x) has been filed.

Anil Prasad is of koyri caste and the village Bishunpura has majority of koiyri caste.The are enough rich and powerful so that able put pressure nearby government offices. but victim are from lower caste and poor family. On the Day of incident, Phulmato Devi , Pratima Devi, Kabita kumari and other women of same village were organising their traditional rituals and went to worship in temple situated in front of accused\'s Home. The moment group of women started to entry the temple, accused rajan kumar, sajan kumar, Ashok kumar, Mukesh Kumar, and Kundan Kumar resited them not get in to the temple. The group of women also argumenting to make entry in temple but they replied that this temple is beloged to their forefather so they can not enter here it would be unholy and dirty. The both side were trying to make themself enough good that they can do their will. later the dominant group beaten three women by Lathi and Paina. They hit them badly and women were hospitalised.

कश में आया है I विधालय में शिक्षको की कुल संख्या 14 है जो जिसमे एकमात्र शिक्षका अनुसूचित जाति की है I इसमें कूल छात्र-छत्राओ की संख्या 516+577=1093 है जिसमे 44 +67=111 अनुसूचित जाति के छात्र एवं छात्राये है I विद्यालय में 6 रसोईया कार्यरत है जो सभी एक ही जाति तेली समाज से है जिसमे अनुसूचित जाति से एक भी रसोइया नहीं है I घटना के दिन विद्यालय में शिक्षको द्वारा कार्यालय में मांस-भात बना था एवं शिक्षक लोग मांस-भात खा रहे थे I उसी क्रम में शिल्पी कुमारी भोजन करने के लिये कार्यालय में प्लेट लाने गयी तो शिक्षक उसे भगा दिए की तुम जाओ और दस मिनट के बाद आना I दस मिनट के बाद जब पुन: पीडिता प्लेट लाने गयी तो देखी की शिक्षक लोग मांस-भात खा रहे है I तब पीडिता ने उनसे कहा की आपलोग मांस-भात खा रहे है और हमलोग खिचड़ी-चोखा खा रहे है I इसी बात से क्षुब्द होकर शिक्षिका कबिता वर्मा ने उसके मुंह पर झूठा प्लेट फ़ेंक दिया तथा अन्य प्रधान शिक्षक सचिंदर कुमार प्रसाद ने बोला की मांस-भात तुम्हारे बाप का खाते है तथा अन्य शिक्षका रौशन आरा , अंजुम आरा , प्रियंका सिन्हा ने बाल पकड़ कर पिटाई शुरू कर दी तथा उनलोगों ने गन्दी-गन्दी जातिसूचक गलियाँ देने लगी I सभी ने उसकी इतनी पिटाई की कि वह वंही पर  बेहोश हो गयी I तब शिल्पी को स्कूल के अन्य सहयोगी छात्र अंकुश कुमार , विपुल कुमार , अमन कुमार , पुष्प कुमारी , सुनीता आदि छात्रो ने उसे उठाकर संदीप कुमार के दवा की दुकान पर ले गये जंहा उसका उचित इलाज़ हुआ I उसके बाद पुन: दुसरे दिन सभी शिक्षक विद्यालय आये और प्राथर्ना करने के बाद सिर्फ कार्यलय बंद कर विद्यालय को खुला छोड़ BRC भाग गये तब क्रोधित होकर छात्रो ने कोटवा मोतिहारी मुख्य पथ को जाम कर दिया I जाम स्थल पर प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी , प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी पिपरा कोठी तथा तुरकौलिया थाना के दारोगा मनोहर सिंह के पहल पर जाम यह कहर समाप्त कराया गया की जल्द ही मामले सुलझा लिया जायेगा I परन्तु शिक्षको ने साजिश के तहत पीडिता का इलाज़ करने वाले संदीप कुमार पर एक मनगढ़ंत मुकदमा दर्ज करा दी I उसके बाद जब पीडिता को न्याय नहीं मिला उसने sc/st थाना मोतिहारी पहुंचकर प्राथमिकी दर्ज करायी 

आज भी सूबे बिहार के पूर्वी चम्पारण के कल्यानपुर प्रखंड के अंतर्गत गरीबा पंचायत में दबंगो द्वरा अपने समर्थक उम्मीदवार को मतदान नहीं करने एवं उपमुखिया चुनाव में दबंगो के समर्थित उम्मीदवार को मत नहीं देने के कारण प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है I घटना 21.08.2016 रात्रि 10 बजे के करीब अपराधी 4 की संख्या में आये और पीडिता के घर में गलत कार्य करने की नियत से घुस गए I चारों मिलकर पीडिता को पकड़ लिये एवं साडी तथा ब्लाउज फाड़ दिए जब पीडिता शोर करने लगी तो चारो उसे उसके घर के पीछे उठकर ले गए और गन्दी-गन्दी जातिसूचक गलियाँ देते  हुये उसके साथ जोर जबरदस्ती करने लगे I पीडिता ने जब शोर मचायी तो अगल-बगल के ग्रामीण को आते देख अपराधी अँधेरा का फायदा उठकर भाग गए I ये चारों अभियुक्त अपराधी प्रवृति के लोग है I उनके ऊपर पूर्व से कई मुकदमे दर्ज़ है I 

उ० म० वि० , भुसहा , प्रखंड+थाना- संग्रामपुर, पूर्वी चम्पारण में कुल 6 शिक्षक कार्यरत है जिसमे 5 शिक्षक और 1 शिक्षिका है जो अनुसूचित जाति की है I विद्यालय में एक सामुदायिक शिक्षक(तालीमी मरकज़) मेराज आलम भी है जिनकी पुत्री भी उसी विद्यालय में पढती है I यह घटना बच्चो के खेल-खेल से मारपीट तक जा पहुँचती है I घटना के दिन विद्यालय में में कार्यरत तालीमी मरकज़ मेराज आलम की बेटी तब्बसुम खातून के द्वरा बरामदे खेल रही 5 बच्ची 1. रेनू कुमारी  2. काज़ल कुमारी 3.आशा कुमारी 4. सबिता कुमारी 5. संगीता कुमारी    को ईंट चलाकर मारी जो जाकर आशा कुमारी को लग गयी I जब बच्चो ने ईंट मारने का कारण पूछा तो इस बात को लेकर दोनों तरफ से मारपीट होने लगी I उसके बाद शिक्षको ने उनका झगड़ा छुड़ा दिया I इन पांचो बच्चो के घर जाने का रास्ता मेराज आलम के घर से होकर जाता है I अत: स्कूल की छुट्टी के बाद जब ये सभी बच्चे अपने घर लौट रहे थे तो तब्बसुम खातून के माता-पिता ने उन पांचो लोगों को पकड़ लिया I अभियुक्तों ने इन पांचो बच्चो को इतनी बुरी तरह पिटा की वे सब वन्ही बेहोश हो गए बाद में उनके परिजनों को कुछ लोगों ने खबर कर दिया तथा उनलोगों ने तत्काल ही बाछियो अस्पताल में भर्ती करवा दिया I इस मामले में अभी तक अभियुक्त की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुयी है I
