On 11^th July, around 11.30 AM as usually victims Vasharambhai Balubhai and 3 others were carried dead cow in their mini four wheeler vehicle from Bedia village to near their village Mota Samadhiyala where they scrape the skin of dead cow while in 4 wheeler so called Gau Rakshak Samiti members were came and blaming that why you all were killed cow? Dalit youth replied we are not killing cow but scrape the skin of dead cow and then crowd angrily used abusive terms to the 4 dalit youths and beating with wooden sticks and iron pipes stupidly on body of dalits. During this incident some of have called to Balubhai regarding crown are beating to their sons so that time immediately came with her wife Kuwarben at that place and trying to save their children and requesting to that we are not killed cow but about 40-50 crowd is very angrily beating him also. Balubhai had severe head injury crown beaten by the iron pipe. During that Vasharambhai and his relative who was at incident place called to Police but there is not quick response by the police.

After that the crowd were took all victims in their four wheel at Una  and also very badly beating in front of Una Bus-stand; where lots more people were seen this beating picture of 4 dalit youth as which was seen video viral in media.

Case Brief

               There is Hemavathi river near Nidigere village of Sakaleshpura taluk, Hasan district here some of the illegal sand lifting is going on in lorry’s and tractors by the OBC Kurubagowda Community people. On this illegal lifting the same village Schedule caste Ajay satpal second son of Govindaraju and Vijayalakshmi had complained to the police on them. Befor the court order on this sand lifting not to lift sand Ajay satpal also have lifting the sand and he was sailing it after order of court not to lift he had been stopped lifting lifting the sand. Once police comes for rounds to the village and they see sand gathered near the road and questions Ajay sappal and they say again you are doing the same sand selling, and nearly two three times they have been asking him. So Ajay satpal last two months back on 11-07-2016 two times he had been informed police on illegal sand lifting and the case had been filed on allegers at Yasalur police station and crime number 99/2016 and 106/2016 and the accused were belongs to OBC Kuruba community. So these OBC belong illegal sand lifters were angry on Ajay. so they planned well nearly 11guy of this OBC belongs Kuruba community and 3of Vokkaliga community on 18-07-2016 waited around 8:30pm with Knife, Sticks and sickle near road and have beaten and murdered him there itself. On this matter on 18-07-2016 the case was filed at yasalur police station the crime number is 128/2016, IPC 186, V/S 114, 143, 147, 148, 341, 427, 324,302, 149 and SC/ST (POA) Act 3(1)(X) and these numbers have been mentioned in the FIR.        

यह घटना जिला कुल्लू की तहसील मनाली में पड़ते गांव ढोभा की है. यह गांव मनाली से 10 कि०मी० की दुरी पर स्थित है यह गांव ऊंची पहाड़ियों पर बस्सा हुआ है यहां पर लोग ज्यादा तर सेब की खेती पर ही निर्भर है. इस गांव में दलित परिवार से दुनी चन्द सपुत्र रुलदू राम जाति कोली रहता है व मजदूरी का काम करता है. सेब की थोड़ी बहुत खेती से अपना परिवार चला रहा है. व शादी शुदा है इसके दो बच्चे है. एक बेटा और बेटी दोनों शादी शुदा है. दुनी चन्द का बेटा सर्वद्याल जो की ढोभा से 8 कि०मी० दूर पतलिकुहल में एक डेंटिंग पेंटिंग की वर्कशाप में काम करता था व हर रोज़ सुबह 8 बजे काम परजाता था और रात को 9 बजे के करीब वापिस आ जाता. लेकिन 20 जुलाई 2016 को वो काम से घर वापिस नहीं आया घर वालों ने सोचा शायद काम ज्यादा होगा तो रात में ओवर टाइम लगाएगा. फिर दुसरे दिन दुनी चन्द ने सर्वदयाल का मोबाईल मिलाया तो उसका मोबाइल बंद आया तीसरे दिन 23/06/16 को दुनी चन्द सर्वद्याल की वर्कशाप पतलीकुहल पहुंचा जब वहा पर पता किया तो वहां पर दुनी चन्द को बताया गया की सर्वदयाल तो 20/06/16 को चार बजे ही काम से चला गया है फिर दुनी चन्द उसके दोस्त रामचंद से मिला जो की उसी वर्क शाप में काम करता है. उसने दुनी चन्द को बताया की अंकल जी 20/06/16 की रात को मुझे मनाली ड्रीम फ़ूड कार्नर होटल के मालिक का फोन आया की तुम्हारा दोस्त सर्वद्याल हमने होटल के पीछे भांग पीते हुए पकड़ा है और यह साथ में होटल की खिडकियों में तांक झाँक कर रहा था फिर उसने दुनी चन्द को बताया की वह वहां पर मोके पर पहुंचा तो होटल मालिक व अन्य होटल स्टाफ ने सर्वदयाल को बुरी तरह से पिटा हुआ था और उसके सामने भी थपड लगाए फिर उन्होंने पुलिस को फोन किया इतने सर्वद्याल वहां से डर के मारे भाग गया और दो लोग होटल के स्टाफ उसके पीछे मोटर साइकिल लेकर भागे और थोड़ी देर में वापिस आ गए और कहने लगे की साला भाग गया अब तुम लोग भी अपने घर जायो. रामचंद ने दुनी चन्द को बताया की हमने सोचा शायद वो घर पहुँच गया है और दर के मारा कम पर नहीं आ रहा है. इतना सब कुछ रामचंद ने दुनी चन्द को बताया. फिर दुनी चन्द ने इस बारे पुलिस में शिकायत करी और 3/7/16 को सर्वद्याल की लाश पतलीकुहल गांव में नदी में मिली जो की पहचान में नहीं आ रही थी पर सर्व दयाल की दाएं बायु पर सांप का टैटू बना हुआ था जिस से उसको पहचाना गया की यह सर्व दयाल ही है. फिर इसके बाद पुलिस ने होटल के मालिक सहित 5 लोंगो को गिरफ्तार किया है. पर पुलिस की तरफ से कोई ठोस कारवाही अम्ल में नहीं लाइ जा रही है.
