The incident was taken place on 13.08.2016 about 3:00Pm was going to repair her bicycle in Kesariya Bazar. The accused came to girl and informed that her brother had applied for gas Connection so she can come with me and and take the paper. The accused made video of molesting girl and tried to distribute in neighbourhood. The victim was threatned not say in police or any of the person. Laterr her brother loged the FIR on 1.09.2016 under section 354(a)(b)(c)(d)/386/387. The accused is still not arrested. 

The village Sofwa situated in Narkatiyaganj District in Bihar has mazority of Nuniya Caste,where 100 Houses of Nuniya and only 10 Houses of paswan is there. The incient was taken place on 21st Sep 2016 in nearby field of house of Minor girl sunita kumari, when she went for cutting grass around 7am. Accused Himali mahto and suman mahto were roaming around the field then suman mahto shown knife to victim Sunita Kumari and Himali mahto did rape with victim. The same day victim\'s father Vijay paswan went to shikarpur Thana and lodged FIR. The medical of the victim was done after 100 hours 23.08.16. The FIR  was lodged under POA Act  section 3(2) (v) and POCSO Act 4/6. IPC Section is not included in this case. The statement of CRPC undesection 164 was prcessed on 26.09.2016. The accused are still not arrested by police.

लड़ाई ठनी रहती है ं । ब्राह्मण बिरादरी के लोग काफी धनी मानी एवं पहु ंच पै रवी वाले है । कई
प्रथम श्रंेणी के आॅफिसर भी उक्त बिरादरी के लोग है । जबकि अन्य बिरादरी के लोगो की आर्थि क
,सामाजिक एवं शेै क्षणिक दशा ब्राह् मणों की तु लना में काफी दयनीय है । कु छ दलित वर्ग के
चापलूस लोग ब्राह् णो के साथ मिलकर अपनीे उल्लू सीधा करने में लगे रहते है ।
पीड़ित नगीना पासवान ,पिता श्री लखन पासवान , उम्र करीब 43वर्ष , जाति - अनुसूचित जाति ,
दु साध , उक्त गांव के ही निवासी है । श्री पासवान राजनीतिक गतिविधियों से जु ड़ हु ए है । उन्हे
कई क्षेत्रीय नेताओ से अच्छा तालूक भी है । श्री पासवान पिछले पंचायती राज के चुनाव में मु ख्यिा
पद के उम्मीदवार भी थे । पर चु नाव नहीं जीत सके ।
वहीं दूसरी ओर आराधी सुमन सौ रभ , पिता -श्री राकेश झा , बाबुल झा ,पिता - श्री अनिल झा
एवं गोलू झा , पिता - सुनिल झा सभी पीड़ित नगीना पासवान के ग्र ामीण ही है । इतना ही नहीं
मु ख्य अभियुक्त सु मन सौ रभ के पिता राकेश झा एवं नगीना पासवान के बीच मित्रता होने की बाते
भी सामने आ रहीं है । वैसे आरोपीगण काफी समृ
दिनांक: 19.08.2016 को संध्या करीब 7ः00 बजे पीड़ित नगीना पासवान , उसकी पत्नी देवान्ती
देवी उम्र करीब 40 वर्ष अपने दरबाजे के सामने सड़क के किनारे बैठे थे । सु मन सौ रभ,बाबुल झा
एवं गोलू कु मार एक काले रंग की प्लसर मोटर साईकिल सवार होकर नगीना पासवान के मु हल्ला
में स्थित गा्र मीण भोला साह की किराना के दुकान पर आये औ र उन्होने दु कानदार से पान पराग
लिया ं। इतने में ही उनके एक औ र अज्ञात साथी पेै दल दूकान पर पहु ंच गये । सबो ने आपस में
कु छ बाते की औ र हथियार से लै श सभी आपराधी नगीना पासवान की घर की ओर चल पड़े तथा
अंधाधु न्ध फायरिंग करने लगे । करीब बीसियो राउण्ड गोलियां चलाई गांव में दहशत का माहौ ल
कायम हो गया । गोलिबारी में नगीना पासवान , उनकी पत्नी देवन्ती देवी को हाथ में गोली लगी
एवं ग्र ामीण मु स्मात गीता देवी , पति स्व0 युगल किशोर झा के जांग में गोली लगी तीनों जख्मी हो
गये । वहीं गा्र मीण राजा राम साह की पत्नी संगीता देवी की गोली लगने से मौ त हो गयी ।
पीड़ित नगीना पासवान , उनके पुत्र राजकु मार एवं अन्य गा्र मीणों ने साहस बटोर कर खदेड़ कर
सु मन सौ रभ नामक आपराधी को पिस्तौल औ र गोलियो के साथ पकड़ने में सफलता प्राप्त की ।
तत्पश्चात घटना की सूचना मोबाइल के माध्यम से कुण्डवा चैनपुर के थाना अध्यक्ष को दी गयी ।
उन्होंने दल बल के साथ घटना पर पहु ंच कर मामले के बारे मे ं जानकरी प्राप्त की । गा्र मीणों ने
आपराधी सौ रभ को पिस्तौल औ र गोलियों सहित थाना अध्यक्ष को सौ प दिया । थाना अध्यक्ष द्वारा

घटना के पिछे कई बाते सामने आ रही है । पीड़ित नगीना पसावान द्वारा आपराधी सु मन सौ रभ
एवं उनके मित्र सज्जन कुमार की दो वर्ष पहले पिटाई किया जाना । दूसरी ओर सौ रभ द्वारा
पीड़ित से दो लाख रुपये की रंगदारी मांगे जाने पर नहीं देना औ र शिकायत उसके पिता राकेश
झा से करना । तीसरी ओर सौ रभ के मित्र सज्जन को जेल भेजवाने में पीड़ित नगीना पसवान के
हाथ होने का शक । चै थी ओर पोखरा के ठिकेदारी मे सु मन सौ रभ को शेयर नहीं देना एवं पांचवा
पंचायती राज के चु नाव का रंजिश आदि उक्त घटना के लिए जिम्म्ेावार कारक है ।

There were about 30 families of Arunthathiyars and 150 families of dominant groups (Goundars) residing in Bharathi Nagar, Periya Thadagam, Coimbatore. On 05/09/2016 Vinayagar Chathurthi statue was kept separately for each caste group. Dominant caste group called Arunthathiyars to play the drums for the celebration, but Arunthathiyars refused to play for them. Around 10:30 p.m, Sunadarasdamy, Manoharan along with 15 members of dominant group attacked Arunthathiyar families and scolded, beated severely by calling their caste name.

                On 07/09/2016 around 10:00 p.m, 50 members of dominant group attacked 30 Arunthathiyars families by throwing stones on their houses, beated women, children, elders, everyone with the pipes and rod. They questioned Arunthathiyars that with whose permission you people placed Vinayagar statue separately of your own. Maruthachalam (39yrs), Selvaraj (46yrs), Nagaraj (39yrs), Vijaya (42yrs), Sivagami (60yrs) and Poongodi (37yrs) were severely injured and admitted in Coimbatore Medical College Hospital as inpatient for the treatment

On 01.09.2016 Rangasamy from Puliyampatti, Erode informed about the caste defamation against Arunthathiyar in Anthiyur. Government has allotted 6 acres Panjami land for Senni and his brother for their economic growth,through the support of revenue officers, Sathya and Thangaraj Goundar had already occupied Panjami lands of Senni’s brother and now they are trying and taking steps to occupy Panjami lands belong to Arunthathiyar Senni and Veeral. On 30.08.2016, When Senni and Veeral was herding their cows in their lands, Sathya verbally abused them with their caste name and also Sathya brought Sakthivel Goundar to support her to occupy the lands of Senni and Veeral. Veeral was beated up by Sathya and Veeral suffered in much heart ache. Since there was no any bus or anyother transport facilities that night Veeral couldn’t go to the hospital. On 01.09.2016 Veeral was admitted in Anthiyur Government Hospital as inpatient for treatment. On that night around 11.00 p.m, Thagaraj Goundar threatened Veeral to withdraw the case. This incidentwas intervened by SASY; Information was collected by the statements given by the victims and witnesses by visiting them directly.
