घटना जालौन जिले के शंकर लाल पुत्र कामता प्रसाद निवासी ग्राम टिकरी थाना सिरसा कलर की है। दिनाक 1 जून 2015 को प्रार्थी के दरबाजे के सामने गली में मनोज उर्फ़ मबो पुत्र भगवानदीन व बलखंडी पुत्र रामप्रसाद केबट खड़े होकर शराब पी रहे थे । इनको राजेश व रअंगोपाल ने शराब पीने से मन किया तो यह गाली देते हुए कहेल गए ।15मिनट बाद करीब साढे 5 बजे मअनीज उर्फ़ मबू,पुत्र भगवानदीन केवट ,बलखंडी पुत्र रामाप्रसाद ,राजू पुत्र बैजनाथ ,बलजीत पुत्र रामा,लल्ला पुत्र बैजनाथ,भूल पुत्र बद्री,ज्ञान पुत्र बद्री,विलास पुत्र पुराण,टीटू पुत्र मथुरा,रामा पुत्र लक्षमण,जाति केबट निवासी ग्राम टिकरी,थाना सिरसाकलार,जिला जालौन एक राय होकर अपने अपने हाथों में लाठी डंडा लेकर मेरे घर पर चढ़कर मेरे लड़के, राजेश व रामगोपाल के साथ मारपीट की व घर में घुसकर 15 लीटर घी भी फैला दिया और घर का कीमती सामान भी तोड़ फोड़ दिया हम लोगो की चीख पुकार सुनकर गावँ के लोग मदद के लिए आये और यह हम सबको जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए भाग गए।

Details of the Case:

Divya (name changed) is 8 years old and is native of Munjuluru village.  On 24.04.2007, at around 07:00 hrs Daarla Venkateshwara Rao and his wife Roja went to work in the fields of Koonapa Reddy Naga Raju for threshing paddy along with their 3 children and other workers.  They left Durga near the lunch carriers to guard them.  Noticing that she was alone, Nagaraju took Durga to Pamarthi Compound on the pretext of giving her fruits (Seema Chintamkayalu).  He gagged her mouth and raped her.  He threatened her of dire consequences if she reveals this to anyone.  After he left, she ran to her parents, weeping in shivering state.  Seeing her bleeding, they asked her and came to know the matter.  She was moved to the hospital in the ambulance and simultaneously, a complaint was lodged in the Bantumilli PS.  A case was registered and the accused was arrested.

Brief Details of the Incident:

Kavita (name changed) (12yrs), SC Budagajangam by caste, is the daughter of Kappari Venkateswara Rao.  They are the residents of Hamali colony, of Mekavanipallem gram panchyat of Machilipatnam rural mandal in Krishna district.  Venkateswara Rao and his wife are street vendors of steel utensils in exchange of old clothes.   Divya takes their goat for grazing daily. As usual she took the goat for grazing on 12/04/2011 around 9.00 am in the morning to the nearby bushes.  But she did not return to the house before dusk.  As it was late in the night and since Divya has not returned, her parents searched for her, but in vain. On the next day i.e. on 13/04/2011 they went   to the Machilipatnam Rural PS and lodged a complaint. While they were in the police station, received information that the goat was traced out and it was with a broker.   Divya’s father went to the broker and enquired about the goat and has come to know that it was sold by Parnam Pandu Ranga Rao (35), OC Kapu by caste, of Chilakalpudi an adjacent area to Hamali colony.  Divya’s parents informed the matter to the police. The police took Pandu Ranga Rao into custody and brought him to the police station.  In interrogation, he confessed that he raped Divya and strangulated her to death with her towel and buried her.   The body was exhumed from the place showed by Pandu Ranga Rao and was sent for post mortem. Based on the complaint lodged by Divya’s father, a case was registered bearing Cr No 64/2011 U/s 302, 201, 376 r/w 511 of IPC on 13/04/2011 in Machilipatnam Rural PS of Krishna district.
