On dated 25-9-14 victim  kalawati (28y) w/o kashmira(32y) caste shainshi having delivery pain in the evening so she went govt. hospital kalyat along with her husband at approx 8 pm by Riksha. In the absence of medical staff , chowkidar Banarsi caste Valmiki made a call to staff nurse.After some time staff nurse neelam caste jat reached in hospital & she called to her helper. They Check to kalawati & said you should come after 6-7 days so victim return to home.

Next day on dated 26-9-14 at Approx 11:00 Pm  kalawati Again started the delivery pain so She went in the govt. kalyat hospital along with her mother  Dhanpati (58y) & Her Husband Kashmira by Rikhsa. Repeatly the medical staff was absence in the hospital so the chowkidar again called to staff Nurse. Then staff nurse neelam & her helper ,Safai karamchari Anguri & her daughter Reached in hospital. staff nurse  Neelam Refused to check up to kalawati & said they already check up yesterday & our children’s  Crying at home therefore Victim return back to home.

But when victim in the way kalawati crying for delivery pain again so victim return to back hospital at approx 11:45 Pm . Repeatly the medical staff was absence in the hospital so the chowkidar again called to staff Nurse. Then staff nurse neelam & her helper ,Safai karamchari Anguri & her daughter Reached in hospital. . staff nurse  Neelam Refused to check upAgain to kalawati .But Victims request that 9 months cross of pergency  & delivery will be possible right now. Then staff nurse neelam went in labour room  along with her staff & victim kalawati & mother dhanpati were Neelam said to victims that “ they cannot touch lower caste “ .They start the delivery by Safai karamchari & her daughter,when kalawati crying for Labour pain she was Beaten by the Staff.The hole delivery was completed by Safaikaramchari. Yet staff nurse neelam came outside from delivery room along with born baby in tension & given to child in the hands of dhanpati & said that the child is serious,you should go kaithal hospital right now.When victims sitting in Ambulance staff nurse neelam take the thumb impression on a register.ambulance Reached  near by kalyat bus stand  Approx 3-4 minutes then kasmira check the child & founed the child already dead.

Victim reached at Kaithal hospital at approx 2:00Am where medical staff check the child & told the child already dead .

on dated 8-8-14  at approx 10 :30 am  victim manisha was going to take the feed for their animals along with her mother kanta . where manisha go for take the grass different side  from her mother yet  accused satpal sing came their & said  that here grass is little so you can take big grass in my field . when manisha going his field satpal caught her mouth & threat of life & Raped to manisha forcely & Run Away.police filed the FIR u/s 376/506 IPC  & later invoked 3SC/ST act 1989.

Mr.Cheran S/o Egamparam, reside at  Keelsithampur, Thenkodipakam post, Tindivanam, Villupuram District. He is the State Secretary of youth wing in VCK Party. Dalit youth were arrested by Tindivanam police, Since he went to see him. While seeing that youth, they were brutally beaten up by police they have lot of blood injuries. Since he asked why you beaten. While asking Mr. Perumal Head constable and Pavulesh  were beaten his face and police tortured him at police station on 25.01.2015. He given complaint against those police in DSP office no action taken by police.
