Incident date 29.6.2021  It was around 5:00 am in the morning ,when the victim had gone to a field near her village to defecate as usual, during which the accused Suresh Kumar suddenly came from behind and closed the mouth of the victim and made her disappear. When the victim's family did not reach home for a long time, they became worried and started searching for their daughter. They searched in their own village and nearby farms and barns but their daughter was not found. After that, they inquired in many houses of their village and when the accused Suresh When the victim's parents started inquiring at home, accused Suresh's mother told them that he had run away with her and now he would not come back. After hearing this, Lata's family members became very sad and then they reached the police post and informed the police in this regard. Taking immediate action, the police reached the house of the accused person and interrogated his family members. During the interrogation, the family members gave the mobile number of the accused Suresh to the police. When the police contacted him on that number, there was a conversation with the accused Suresh and a lot of information was given to him. After convincing, he came back and then the police took him.

After convincing, he came back, after which the police arrested him and sent him to jail. The victim told the police that Suresh sexually exploited her on the pretext of marrying her.    The accused had taken the minor girl to Farrukhabad district and sexually assaulted her there. According to the victim's family, the accused is a vagabond and often molests girls, he used to molest and talk obscenely to the victim several times in the past as well, about which a complaint was lodged by the victim's family to the accused's parents Was.

Basinder son of Jhuru Nat had gone from his home to Nevada village to work as a laborer on 29-03-2023. Details of incident- Late husband of victim Sushila Devi. Pappu, son of Khivraj, is a native of village Rampur police station, Pihani district, Hardoi. The victim belongs to Chamar caste in Scheduled Caste. The victim's husband late. Pappu was guarding the crops on his farm. From where on date - 29-03-2023, village resident Rohit Rathore, aged 25 years, son of Shankar Rathore, and Rahul - aged 20 years, son of Natthu, forcibly took away the husband of the victim Sushila Devi on motorcycle no. UP30 BH 3189 and He said that there is some work, he will drop back and near Chathiya Tiraha, Rohit forcefully pushed Rahul down and took away the victim's husband. At around 9:30, information was received that Chandrika Singh Degree under village Fatepur Kotwali Magalganj. Fatepur outpost police informed about Pappu's dead body lying in a blood soaked state near the college and Mitauli CHC. From where Pappu was referred to District Hospital Lakhimpur Kheri. Due to serious condition, he was referred from District Hospital to Lucknow Trauma Center where during treatment, husband Pappu died on 30/03/2023. Family of the victim. There was already a rivalry going on with Rohit due to which the victim suspects that some major accident happened to her husband and he was thrown on the road but the police is telling her that it was an accident.

घटना दिनांक 9 .4 .2023 की शाम लगभग 7:00 बजे की है जब , मृतक सुभाष अपने प्राइवेट नौकरी के लिए घर से निकल गया था । वह रात्रि में एक प्राइवेट कंपनी में गार्ड की नौकरी करता था । रोज की तरह वह सुबह जब वह घर पर नहीं पहुंचा तो घर के लोग परेशान हो गए । दूसरे दिन यानी दिनांक 10. 4. 2023 को पिता को सूचना मिली कि उसका बेटा गंगा के किनारे उसकी लाश बरामद हुई है वहां पर पुलिस भी मौके पर मौजूद थी । बेटे की लाश कंकाल के रूप में बरामद हुए थे जबकि उसके कपड़े वहां पड़े हुए मिले । पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया कि उसके पुत्र की हत्या उसके घर के लोग दिनेश पुत्र रामधनी रामधनी साहब पुत्र राजेश गोलू पुत्र पिंटू शुभम पुत्र दिनेश सहित अन्य लोगों ने हत्या कर दी सुनीता देवी ने अपने पुत्र के गायब होने की सूचना 9.4 . 2023 को ही पुलिस को दे दिया था, पुलिस ने धारा 363 के तहत मुकदमा तो दर्ज कर लिया था लेकिन उसके पुत्र की बरामद भी नहीं हो पाई थी अभी पुलिस ने प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट में कई धाराएं लगे हैं और 6 अभियुक्त को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और सभी को जेल भेज दिया है । लेकिन अन्य आरोपी गण अभी भी पुलिस की गिरफ्त में नहीं आ पाए हैं।
पीड़िता सुनीता का कहना है कि दिनेश पुलिस विभाग में नौकरी करता है जिसका नाजायज फायदा उठाकर वह हमारे बेटे की हत्या किया है।

भू माफिया अब्दुल कलाम खान और उसके साथियों ने मिलकर लक्ष्मी देवी विधवा के पूरे परिवार पर हमला कर दिया जिसमें विधवा लक्ष्मी देवी और उनकी पोती पूजा कुमारी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए  । विधवा बुजुर्ग महिला लक्ष्मी देवी को गंभीर रूप से मारा पीटा और उनके पेट में लात से मारा, वही उनके हाथ भी जख्मी हो गया ।इस संबंध में पीड़िता ने थाना बड़ा लालपुर पांडेयपुर में  प्रार्थना पत्र देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की लेकिन पुलिस ने अभी तक कार्रवाई नहीं किया है । आरोपी खुलेआम घूम रहे हैं । मामला अगर विस्तार से देखे तो मेराज खान एक नामी माफ़िया था अभी उसकी मृत्यु हो गई उसी के खानदान के यह सभी आरोपी गण हैं ।बंटवारे के बाद जमीन लक्ष्मी देवी अपने भाई से जमीन के बंटवारे के बाद अपने हिस्से की जमीन पर अभी भी काबिज है । उक्त माफिया गणों ने उनकी जमीन को जो उनके हिस्से की है उसकी फर्जी तरीके से बैनामा करा लिया है । उसके बाद जब महिला को पता चला तो विरोध करना शुरू कर दिया लेकिन पीड़िता ने उसको बैनामा नहीं किया है तो उसे जमीन पर बैनामा कैसे कर लिया । जब लक्ष्मी देवी और उसकी पोती विरोध कर रही थी तो दबंग जबरन जमीन को कब्जा करने लगे और बाउंड्री तोड़कर गेट भी लगा लिया और भी जमीनों पर कब्जा कर रहा है  ।   विधवा बुजुर्ग महिला लक्ष्मी देवी को भगाने की धमकी दे रहा है  ।  विरोध किया तो अब्दुल कलाम पुत्र जलालुद्दीन आदिल पुत्र कलम आसिफ पुत्र कलम जो कि अशोक विहार कॉलोनी फेस 1 थाना बदल बड़ा लालपुर जिला वाराणसी के रहने वाले इन लोगों ने विधवा बुजुर्ग महिला लक्ष्मी देवी और उसकी पोती  पूजा को गंभीर रूप से मारपीट करके घायल कर दिया  ।
