on dated 8-8-14  at approx 10 :30 am  victim manisha was going to take the feed for their animals along with her mother kanta . where manisha go for take the grass different side  from her mother yet  accused satpal sing came their & said  that here grass is little so you can take big grass in my field . when manisha going his field satpal caught her mouth & threat of life & Raped to manisha forcely & Run Away.police filed the FIR u/s 376/506 IPC  & later invoked 3SC/ST act 1989.

Mr.Cheran S/o Egamparam, reside at  Keelsithampur, Thenkodipakam post, Tindivanam, Villupuram District. He is the State Secretary of youth wing in VCK Party. Dalit youth were arrested by Tindivanam police, Since he went to see him. While seeing that youth, they were brutally beaten up by police they have lot of blood injuries. Since he asked why you beaten. While asking Mr. Perumal Head constable and Pavulesh  were beaten his face and police tortured him at police station on 25.01.2015. He given complaint against those police in DSP office no action taken by police. 

Mr.K.Devendhiran (38) S/o Karuppan, reside at Thiruvalluvar st, Alathupalayam, Modakurichy Post, Erode district. He belongs to Dalit community, he working as a state General secretary in BSP party. He was threaten and caste abused by Mr.Vengatesan belongs to Caste Hindu Community at Malayampalaym in Erode District on 14.01.2015 

Phool ChandS/o Hukum Chand works along with his wife as a daily wage worker at M.C.D Ward 136 Matiyala. He pays his owner bribe of Rs. 500/ month. if he refuses to pay then he is troubled by the supervisor, inspector and sub inspector. he and his wife tried to complaint it to inspector but he doesn\\\'t listen to them. they have also removed all his records of work even though he is working for past 17 years. they threaten him that they won\\\'t let them become permanent workers. Due to this he is very tensed and under constant pressure. today (26-72014) at 9:32 am he bought kerosene oil for Rs 35 and burn himself. his life was saved as people came to his rescue. after that he was rushed to Safdarjung Hospital delhi.when hopital declared him fit for statement then SI took his statement in presence of his son Badal at 3:00pm. 

At present, Phool Chand is fully recovered. he has got a permanent job. Though he was suppose to get Rs 11 lakhs as compensation from the rehabliatation centre of the government but he has only received Rs 5 lakhs.
