ग्राम बेहबलपुर अकबरपुर कानपुर देहात निवासी रघुनाथ की पुत्री मानसी उम्र 19 वर्ष वह अपने माता पिता के साथ रहती थी अकबरपुर में एक दुकान में काम करती थी कुछ दिनों से मंगल मानसी को पीछा कर रहा था और  26 / 08 / 2022 को दोपहर लगभग 11:00 बजे घर से निकलते ही मंगल ने पीछा किया और अज्ञात व्यक्तियों को लेकर रास्ते में पहुंचा और मानसी से कहा कि आओ मानसी मैं तुम्हें अकबरपुर छोड़ देता हूं मानसी के कई बार मना करने पर वह व्यक्ति बार-बार कहता रहा और मानसी मोटरसाइकिल में बैठ गई किसी ईट भट्टे के स्थान में सुनसान जगह पर छोड़ दिया और आरोपी सोनू जीतेंद्र बहादुर वहां पहले से मौजूद थे और मानसी को जोर से पकड़ा और मारते हुए मट्ठा के ट्यूबेल कमरे में ले गए मानसिक साथ रेप किया और धमकाया जी सी को घर में या गांव में बताया तो यही रास्ते में मार दूंगा तुम्हारे पापा और भाई को रास्ते में ट्रक चढ़ा  दूंगा इतना को अंजाम देते हुए पूरे परिवार को मारने की धमकी दी इस कारण मानसी काफी विमान रही कई दिनों तक मां के बार बार पूछने पर मानसी ने अपने घर में यह घटना बताएं और आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू की गई

Iswar Sethi, a 24 years old dalit youth was in love with a girl belonging to general caste for over 4 years. In the recent past the girl distanced herself from the relationship. By this Iswar got angry and shared some of their intimate photographs in the social media. In this connection, the girl’s family lodged a complaint in Badachana PS which was registered as FIR. On 03.01.2023 early hours at about 2 A.M Badachana Police raided the house of Iswar and took him to custody. He was detained at Dhanamandal Police out post under the jurisdiction of Badachana PS.  In the evening Iswar’s father was called by Mahanga PS and informed that Iswar is serious and taken to SCB Medical College, Cuttack. Later they were told that Iswar has died. Padan Sethi with other family members went to Cuttack and autopsy was conducted and the body was handed over to them.  Padan Sethi lodged a complaint of custodial torture leading to death of Iswar. The Complaint was registered as Badachana PS Case No. 007 dated 05.01.2023 under sections 448,294,323,302,506,34 IPC and 3(1)(r)(s), (2)(v)(va) SC ST PoA Act.
