दिनांक 2 फरवरी 2023 को सुबह ग्राम जूनापानी, थाना छीपाबड़ जिला हरदा में विक्रम पिता मूरत सिंह कोरकू उम्र 17 वर्ष की लाश गांव के ही जगदीश गौली के आंगन में होने की सूचना मृतक के परिजनों को पुलिस और गांव के कोटवार द्वारा दी गई।

विक्रम की डेडबाडी को देखकर यह अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता था कि उसके साथ बेरहमी से मारपीट की गई है। लेकिन उसकी लाश जगदीश गवली (यादव) के घर के आंगन में मिलने पर जगदीश गौली ने पुलिस को बताया कि रात में विक्रम उसके घर में चोरी की नियत से घुसा था जिसे उन लोगों ने पकड़ा और मारपीट की, उसे आंगन में ट्रेक्टर से बांध दिया था, जिसकी सूचना उन लोगों ने कोटवार और पुलिस को दी थी, लेकिन विक्रम की सुबह मौत हो गई। मामला में पुलिस ने आईपीसी - 302, 34, एससी एसटी एक्ट – 3(2)(v) धारायें लगा आरोपी जगदीश गौली और उसके बेटे छोटू गौली को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। 

वर्तमान में दोनो आरोपी हरदा जेल में हैं और जमानत के लिये अर्जी दे रहे हैं। हरदा जिले में सरकारी वकील सुखराम बामने द्वारा कड़ी आपत्ती जताने के बाद दोनों आरोपियों की जमानत याचिकाये खारिज हो चुकी है। 

The main accused, Iqbal Shekih (33), and the victim Rupali Chandanshive alias Zara Iqbal Sheikh (20), were husband and wife from dofferent religious faiths. The main accused Iqbal Mahammaad Sheikh , was already married at time of his marriage with the victim, Rupali Chandanshive alias Zara Iqbal Sheikh and they have a son named Ali(02). According to her sister, Karuna Augustine Royal, Rupali was force to follow ISLAMIC religious Customs. Rupali was staying in a girl's hostel sometimes and at  her friend's house sometimes, as the accused used to threaten and force her. Rupali sought a divorce  fromused Iqbal Muhammad Sheikh, but he refused and instead sought custody of their son. Angry by tAngry at refusal of his demand by victim rupali ,  accused Iqbal sheikh attacked her with a knife in rahul Nagar, Chembur,Mumbai, in room 3 and 141 opposite Pragati Chawl. Declared dead by the Doctor in the hospital as police and Rupali's relative had taken her to hospital wounded severly. The FIR was filled on 27/09/2022 invoking the sections of IPC 302, MPA: 37(1)(a),135.

The accused first physically assaulted a relative of the victim someday around November 23,2022. They had showed up to beat the roommate of the victim's relative, but as the roommate was not present, they physically assaulted the victim's relative instead. When the victim found out about this, they came to the dwfense of their relative, after which the accused threatented to beat up  the victim and their relative in their hometown. On December 30,2022, the accused showed up at a salon and physically assauletd the victim's relative. The FIR was then filled on December 1st, 2022, under IPC section 307,326,324,452,34; and PoA section 4(1), 1(s). DYSP Basavraj Shivpunje conducted the spot inspection.

In Songaon, Satara district, Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Pandurang Keshav Navadkar, and member Dattatray Vilas Sutar, Ankush Gulab Babar, Chandrakant Mahadev More, and Kiran More demolished the wall compound, the house shed, CCTV wires and tractors. They damaged and removed the trees around the victim's home using a Jcb on November 23,2020. The FIR was filled on november 25,2020, under IPC sections 143,149,427; and PoA sections 3(1)g, 3(2)(va),6.

The spot-finding was conducted on August 28,2020. Deputy SP Aanchal Dalal also conducted the spot-finding. The charge sheet was filed on April 01,2021.

मृतक  अनिल माणिक पिता जागेश्वर माणिक, (उम्र -32), निवासी चीराखान, ब्लाक हंडिया जिला हरदा (मप्र) पेशे से ड्राइवर था, वह काफी समय से धर्मेंद्र पटेल निवासी प्रताप कालोनी हरदा (मूल निवासी देवास) के पास डंपर चलाने का काम कर रहा था। (धर्मेंद्र पटेल की पत्नी रेवा पटेल हरदा जनपद अध्यक्ष है। ) उसका शव टिमरनी के भुवनखेड़ी स्थित शिव मंदिर के पास रोड पर पाया गया। टिमरनी पुलिस ने शव की शिनाख्त करवाई और दुर्घटना में मौत होने की आशंका व्यक्त की। लेकिन परिजनों ने हत्या की आशंका जताई। क्योंकि शव के उपर बैट या किसी चपटी वस्तु से पिटाई के नीले निशान दिखाई दे रहे थे और सड़क पर एक्सी़डेंट होने जैसी परिस्थितियां नहीं थी। मृतक का मोबाईल फोन भी उसके पास से बरामद नहीं हुआ था।

जनसेवी संगठनों ने निष्पक्ष जांच किये जाने को लेकर लगातार अधिकारियों से मांग करते रहे। जिसे परिणाम स्वरुप पुलिस ने विवेचना की और धर्मेंद्र पटेल के मैनेजर संदीप गुर्जर से सख्ती से पूछताछ की तो उसने सारी घटना बयान कर दी जिसके आधार पर खेड़ीपुरा निवासी आटो चालक जाहीद पिता इस्माइल खान को गिरफ्तार किया। दोनों ने अपराध स्वीकार करते हुए बताया कि धर्मेंद्र पटेल का अनिल माणिक को ट्रक की बैट्री चोरी किये जाने को लेकर विवाद हुआ था, जिसके बाद अनिल काम पर नही आ रहा था। अनिल से बदला लेने के लिये धर्मेंद्र पटेल ने फोन कर अनिल को कहा कि इंदौर ट्रक के चके लेने जाना है, आ जाओ। तो अनिल प्रताप कालोनी आया, जहां पर धर्मेद्र पटेल और संदीप गुर्जर ने उसके साथ मारपीट की। बैट से पीटा, जादा पिटाई होने से उसकी मौत हो गई। तब लाश को ठिकाने लगाने के उद्देश्य से उन लोगों ने जाहिद पिता इस्माइल खान का आटो किया और अनिल के शव को उसमें डाल कर टिमरनी रोड पर सुनसान जगह भुवनखेड़ी शिवमंदिर के पास लाश को फेंक दिया और दुर्घटना में मौत होना दर्शाने के लिये लाश पर डंफर चढा दिया।
