सुरेश अहिरवार एनडीएमजे के साथ विदिशा जिले में दलित मानव अधिकार रक्षक हैं, दलित आदिवासी के मुद्दों को और उनके साथ होने वाले अन्याय अत्याचार के लिये हमेशा आवाज उठाते हैं। वे फेरी लगा कर रेडीमेड कपड़े बेचने का काम कर जीवन चलाते हैं। उनके समाज सेवा वाले कार्यों की वजह से दबंग लोग उनसे दुश्मनी रखते हैं। दिनांक 20 नवंबर 2022 को वे कपड़ों की फेरी लगाने गये हुए थे। घर पर उनकी पत्नी वर्षा अहिरवार अकेली थी। शाम 4.30 बजे के लगभग बब्लू मीणा बुरी नियत से घर में घुस गया। वर्षा के चिल्लाने पर सुरेश का बड़ा भाई दौलतराम अहिरवार आया और उसने बब्लू मीना को घर से निकलने के लिये कहा जिस पर बब्लू मीना मारपीट करने लगा और जान से मारने की धमकी देने लगा। तब तक परिवार के बाकी लोग भी आ गये और बब्लू को घर से निकाला।

Satish Kumar (18) s/o gurunathan belongs to ST Irular Community lives in Seranur Village, Senji Taluk, Villupuram District. His parents Gurunathan and Sarathi was working as Daily Wage laborers. Satish kumar was mentally retarded from the age of five and also has done cardiovascular surgery. On 03.01.2023 at 4pm, Kannan s/o Ramasamy who belongs to vanniyar community lives in same village , saw satish kumar sitting on the entrance of the house of Elumalai (vanniyar community), who is working in Electricy Board and verbally abused him by using his caste name and beaten him brutally by saying that, Sathish was telling everyone that he is loving his daughter. During this, Sathish parents came to hear his crying sound, and ran to the spot and questioned kannan why he is beating, for that he pulled Sathish mother's hair and her blouse and pushed her down and slapped her. And when her husband came to defend her, kannan brutally attacked gurunathan also and tored his shirt. Even after he begged him to leave, kannan continuously hit both husband and wife and spoke abusive vulgar words on them also threatened them that he will kill him.

Details of the incident-

The incident took place on 3/8/2022 when the victim Nathuram Sonkar's son was returning from his market in the evening. Suddenly, Shambhu Rajbhar attacked the head of the victim Nathuram Sunkar, who was holding a vat in his hand, which caused his head to explode and he fell there after being seriously injured and even after being injured, the other members of the accused Shambhu's family, who were named in the F.I.R. It is recorded that all those people started beating the victim Shambhu with sticks and kept drowning Shambhu for a long time by holding his head in the same drain water which collects in the pit, due to which he fainted. When Shambhu's family members were alarmed, his wife, his daughters all came running and started saving him. But the accused didn't even spare his family, they were also beaten with sticks, they also got serious injuries. The main victim Nathuram Sonkar was unconscious for 4 days and remained unconscious for 17 days in the Hospital.

The victim was sexually assaulted by the accused person Sudhir. The accused person forcefully keeps physical relation with the victim girl. According to the statement of victim girl she is forcefully sexually abused by Sudhir who is well known to her father and cousin sister Rani. Ms. Mandakini Jema, Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Cuttack  interacted with the victim girl on 16.4.2022 with the help one lady counselor of Basundhara Children’s Home. The current status of the survivor or the victim's family is passing the days in sorrow. Lady counselor lodged FIR before local Chauliaganj Police Station, Cuttack Registered PS FIR No.- 0111 dt- 16/04/2022 u/s – 376 (2) (n) IPC and u/s 6 POA Act. Took up investigation. Though this case was registered. In due course of follow of action the accused has been arrested and in Jail custody. The victim girl has been staying at Basundhara Children’s Home.
