दलित महिला कुमारी देवी पत्नी अनिल कुमार गौतम का लड़का आकाश जो कक्षा 8 का छात्र है दिनांक 11-8-2021 को शाम 5 बजे घर से 5 मीटर की दूरी पर आम का बगीचा व तालाब के किनारे बकरी चरा  रहा था की उसी वक्त ग्राम पोटरिया थाना सराय ख्वाजा जिला जौनपुर के आसिफ पुत्र सलाउद्दीन उर्फ सल्लू  व सलाउद्दीन उर्फ सल्लू पुत्र माइनूद्दीन आए और प्रार्थिनी के लड़के आकाश को जाति सूचक शब्दों का प्रयोग करते हुए कहा की चमार साले चमकटिया साले माधरचोद यहा से बकरी लेकर भाग जावो  आकाश ने कहा मै तो अक्सर इधर से बकरी लेकर जाता हु इसी बात को लेकर उक्त दबंगों ने आकाश को माँ बहन की गाली देते हुए लात मुक्का लाठी ठंडे व प्लास्टिक के पाइप से मारे पीटे इसके बाद दबंगों ने आकाश से कान पकड़वा कर सौ बार उठक बैठक करवाए और जबर्जस्ती अपने पैरों का चप्पल चटवाया इतने मे शोर शराबा सुनकर पीड़ित के गाँव के लोग दौड़ पड़े दबंगों ने धमकी देते हुए कहा की चमार की औलाद दुबारा बकरी लेकर इधर आवोगे तो तुम्हें यही जींद दफन कर दूंगा इतने मे गाँव की रीता देवी अखिलेश अरविन्द जसवंत कुमारी देवी एवं गाँव के बहुत सारे लोग घटना स्थल पर पहुचे तथा बीच बचाव किया और उनकी पिटाई से आकाश की बाया हाथ की उंगली फट गई है हाथ पैर व चेहरे पर गंभीर चोटे आई है 

मौके पर पहुचकर चाचा अखिलेश ने घटना की सूचना थाना सराय ख्वाजा को दिया लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई कुमारी देवी प्रार्थना पत्र लेकर थाना सराय ख्वाजा थानाध्यक्ष से मौखिक रूप एवं प्रार्थना पत्र दी लेकिन पुलिस ने आकाश का ना तो डॉक्टरी मुवायना  करवाया न ही कोई कानूनी कार्यवाही की बल्कि हिला हवाली करती रही इसके बाद पीड़ित घटना की लिखित सूचना क्षेत्राधिकारी को दिया वहा भी कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई तथा हिला हवाली चलती रही अंत मे पीडिता परेशान होकर प्रार्थना पत्र लेकर पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय जौनपुर मे दी इसके बाद कोर्ट मे भी 156 (3) के लिए भी प्रार्थना पत्र दी इसके बाद लगभग घटना के एक महीने बाद दिनांक 22-9-2021 को मुकद्दमा दर्ज किया गया 

गरीब दलित सावित्री देवी पत्नी बनवारी गौतम ग्राम लखरैया के घर मे घुसकर दिनांक 2-2-2022 की सुबह 9:50 बजे ब्रह्माण व यादव कुल मिलकर लगभग 15 लोग गोलबंद होकर इनकी बहू सीमा देवी व बेटा प्रमोद को घर मे घुसकर मारे पीटे जबकि घटना दिनाँक 1-2-2022 की शाम 7:30 बजे मोटर साइकिल पर सवार होकर दलित बस्ती के एक महिला व दो पुरुष आ रहे थे की महिला के हाँथ मे एक बांस की डेलरी थी रास्ते मे खड़े विवेकानंद यादव को डेलरी छू गया इसी बात को लेकर उसी वक्त विवेकानन्द यादव और उनके भाई परमानन्द यादव लाठी डंडा लेकर माँ बहन व चमार चमकटिया साले की गाली देते हुए दलित बस्ती मे घुस गए बस्ती मे मौजूद लोगों ने उनसे हाँथ जोड़े और माफी मांगे वापस चले गए इसी बात को लेकर दिनांक 2-2-2022 को सुबह 9:50 पर परमानन्द यादव भाई विवेकानन्द यादव पुत्रगण राम बरन यादव राजेन्द्र मिश्र पुत्र सालिक राम मिश्र गुड्डू पुत्र रामजीत व अन्य कुल 15 लोग गोलबंद होकर आए दलित बस्ती मे घुसकर महिलाओ एवं पुरुषों को मारने पीटने लगे एवं माँ बहन व चमार चमकटिया साले व भद्दी गालियां देते हुए बरामदे मे रखी कुर्सी को लाठी से मार-मारकर तोड़ दिए और सावित्री देवी के बाये हाँथ पर लाठी से मारे जिसमे काफी चोटे आई है और सीमा देवी के कमर व पीठ के हिस्से मे काफी चोटे आई है मारने पीटने के बाद दलित बस्ती को जला देने व जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए वापस चले गए इसके बाद घटना की सूचना 112 नं पुलिस को दिया गया मौके पर आई पुलिस घटना की पूछ ताछ व देखभाल कर थाना सरपतहाँ जाने व प्रार्थना पत्र देने का सलाह देकर चली गई इसके बाद गाँव के कई महिला एवं पुरुष थाने पर प्रार्थना पत्र लेकर गए थानाध्यक्ष महोदय द्वारा उनका प्रार्थना पत्र रख लिया गया और दूसरा प्रार्थना पत्र बोलकर लिखवाए और उसी पर एफ आई आर दर्ज कर मेडिकल के लिए सी एच सी भेज दिए जिसमे सभी पीड़ित परिवार मेडिकल कराकर कुछ हास्पिटल से दवा लेकर घर वापस लौट आए

Dalit Minor children studying in 8^th class in Government Middle school in village Kalhedi school. On dated 22.4.22 they were went to school, accused teacher Dipanshu insulted 3-4 girls in the classroom. victim Ronki was wearing a Jeans pent and her pent (Luppi) was Rip off, accused Dipanshu bad touch with her and asked that what is this, then victim said that this is broken and she will repair it.  but Teacher Dipanshu  catch that Luppi and said that why you wearing this, you remove it and naked. He slapped her and asked about her father work, victim said that her father is a labour then accused again slapped her. He also beaten others Dalit girls and boys. When victims reached at their home and told the incidents to  family. accused announched social boycott the dalit children in the school.

 Duryodhan Naik aged about 72 years lives with his family in Brajarajpur village under Ranapur Police Station in Nayagarh district. He is a landless persons and in extreme poverty. His dilapidated house exists on the land belonging to his first wife, who died long back. He earns his livelihood by stitching ‘Kantha’. Kantha also spelled kanta, and qanta, is a type of craft (can be with embroidery) in the eastern regions of India, particularly in the Indian states of West Bengal, Tripura and Odisha as well as in Bangladesh. In Odisha, old saris are stacked on each other and hand-stitched to make a thin piece of cushion. This is used above a bed cushion or bedding or blanket. The house bears the mark of the poverty of the family.

After the death of first wife, Duryodhan married to another lady, namely Mina Naik and had offspring out of the marriage. The victim Sony Naik, aged about 15 years, is the eldest daughter out of the second marriage. She is studying in nearby Brajarajpur High School in Class-X. Mina Naik seems to be of unsound mental condition; but no medical evaluation or treatment has been done in that regard.

This is only Pana family in the village which is one of the Sub-Castes of Scheduled Caste categories. It is a pattern in the village to show discriminatory treatment to the family due to their Caste and economic status.In the last week of month of March, Sony confided her father that their neighbour had forcible sexual relationship with her. After more questioning, it revealed that he had been raping her repeatedly for last three months. The house of Babu Parida, son of Tapan Parida is situated in front of the house of the victim’s family. Babu is 20 year old youth and got married within two years back and having a baby of 8 months. Duryodhan informed the matter to the 

Sarapanch of the Gram Panchayat and requested due justice. This matter was revealed to Debraj Nayak, one DHRD of the area who in turn communicated to ALVM. A fact finding team visited to the village immediately.

Despite information to the Sarapanch, when no concrete steps were coming through, Duryodhan went to Ranapur, Police Station to lodge the compliant. This message was spread and a mass attacked the house of the family. They forcibly bound the girl to n electric pole and assaulted her mother. The accused group also went to police station to lodge complaint that Babu Parida is being falsely implicated. Duryodhan coming back from police station unbound his daughter and again went to police station. Duryodhan gave another complaint written complaint with the information about mass attack. FIR no 77 U/s 376(3), 376(2)(n), 341, 294,323, 342, 506, 34 IPC with 4, 8, 12 POCSO Act and 3(1)(r)(s), (2)(v)(va) of  SC & ST PoA Act was registered and 8 accused out of 11 were arrested and forwarded to judicial custody. Names of the accused persons arrested are Babu Parida, Rabi Parida, Sipu Total, Ashanti Parida, Sanju Parida, Sakhi Parida and Manju Matta. The mother was sent for treatment by the police.  

Prafulla Behera, a physically differentlyable person, his wife Manjulata Behera, daughter Jayashree and son Balabhadra live in Tantisahi village under Sripurushottam GP under Delanga police station in Puri district. Jayashree Behera, is 14 year old minor girl who studies in Class-VIII in nearby school. They belong to Chamar Sub Caste under Scheduled Caste category. Prafulla Behera gets Disability Pension. All of them engage in making palm-leaf craft for their livelihood.

The family being in abject poverty cannot afford the luxury of a toilet and they go to field to meet the call of nature. On 19.3.22 in the evening, Jayashree was coming back from the field meeting natures call. At that moment the accused Sumant Barik pounced open her and put her on ground. He tried to disrobe her and rape her. She shouted for help and her mother came running to rescue her. Jayashree released herself from the clutch of Sumant; but the accused got hold of Manjulata, the mother and forcibly putting her down he tried to rape her. He threatened to kill whoever resist her and shouted that he will rape both the mother and the daughter. The girl put all her energy to rescue her mother and both tried to defend themselves with a stick. When he found such strong counter to his attempt, he ran away.

The matter was reported to the police on the same day resulting in repeated raids by police party during the nights. However written compliant was given in nextday morning which was registered as Delanga PS case no 85 dated 20.3.2022 under Sections 341,354A, 294,323,354,506 IPC with 8 POCSO Act and 3(1)(r)(s), (2)(v) Sc & ST PoA Act. The family approached Satyamanu Pradhan, an activist of nearby village and fact finding was conducted on 24.3.2022.
