Mrs. Nyana Nayak aged about 52 years W/O- Dusa nayak of Dhabaleswar Gada, Adarsh Colony, PS- CDA Phase-II Dist- Cuttack. On Date-19-02-2022 morning Laxman Behera (50) S/O- Babaji Nayak SEBC caste of Bidanasi abusing her in obscene language like Ghodagehi, Bedhei, Hadiani etc. Laxman Behera says that where do we come from and are living here as an organization. He sells government land to people here. In the case we had complained about this to the police station. That is why he was speaking badly in opposition to usand in the media on dated 19-02-2022 at about 1.30PM to 2 PM that we sell government land to the people. He has damage our honor. Charge sheet will be submitted in this case soon. The case is under progress. 

Statement of victim-

The victim name Jayanti Behera W/O- Amulya Behera At-palasia, Choudwar, Dist- Cuttack stated that the accused persons namely 1-nilu barik, 2-hada barik, 3-bibuna abrik, 4-Dhusa Barik, 5-Dunia Barik altogether used obscence languages, stated attacked , kicked to the minor victim younger son of informant severely indicated caste feeling words/gestures to the victims. Even threatened to kill & to burnwith pouring petrol.

This case pending before court for adjudication. 

Mr. Mani – Irular Panchayat president has contested and won the local government elections held in December 2019 near Neelanthangal Village, KeelPennathur Union, Vettavalam Block of Tiruvannamalai District. For the last two years the Panchayat Secretary Mr. Sukumar has been intimidating the Panchayat President and getting his signature on the cheque. On 10.01.2022 at around 07.30 am the Panchayat Secretary has asked the Panchayat President to sign the cheque to withdraw money for Pongal expenses. But Mani had denied that he could not sign and immediately the secretary had verbally abused him in filthy and derogatory language referring to the caste names. The next day on 11.01.2022 he lodged a complaint with the District Collector. On 15.01.2022, the AD Panchayat, BDO, while conducting an investigation at the Nilanthangal Panchayat office, the Panchayat Secretary also attacked the vice-president Mr. Suresh. FIR was registered under the SC/ST PoA Act on 27.02.2022 at Vettavalam PS and the Panchayat Secretary Mr. Sukumar was arrested on 10.04.2022 and imprisoned in the Vellore Central Prison. 

आप को अवगत करना है कि दिनांक 2-4-2022 को प्रार्थिनी सावित्री देवी पत्नी कमलेश चंद ग्राम हरखपुर पोष्ट गददोपुर थाना महाराजगंज जनपद जौनपुर के स्थाई निवासिनी है महोदय प्रार्थिनी एक सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता है जो की एक मामले में पीड़ित के  साथ सी.ओ. कार्यालय में बयान कराने के लिए गई हुयी थी तभी  लगभग समय 12:00 बजे एड० लालचंद पुत्र श्रीराज ग्राम - रामनगर उपधान पो० गददोपुर थाना महाराजगंज जनपद जौनपुर आये और उसी मामले के बयान को लेकर उल्टा सीधा बोलने लगे और तेज आवाज में चिल्लाकर बोलने लगे की तुम वकील हो जो बयान कराने आयी हो तुम्हे कुछ आता जाता है जो यहाँ आई हो उसके बाद प्रार्थिनी ने इस बात का विरोध किया तो गन्दी गाली माधरचोद भोषडी तुमको नंगा छोड़ेंगे और रेप कर देंगे तुम कही की नही रह जाओगी उसके बाद साथ में जिसके बयान के लिए पीड़ित बच्चियाँ अभिभावक एवं साथ में गई मीरा ने किसी तरह बीच बचाव करके हटाया लेकिन कुछ देर बाद फिर आये और माधरचोद भोषडी अभी गई नहीं यहाँ से इसी पर लात और जुता निकालकर मारने लगे और गले में जो दुपट्टा था उसे लपेटकर खीचने लगे और मारने लगे उसके बाद साड़ी खीचकर नंगा कराने का प्रयास कराने लगे और बोला की रस्ते में आते जाते मिलोगी तो रेप करके जान से मार देंगे क्या कर लोगी धमकी देते हुए चले गए I

ग्राम Jhabaiya अकबरपुर घाटमपुर कानपुर नगर का मामला है रमा देवी W/O  स्वर्गी जगदेव प्रसाद रमा देवी उम्र 65 वर्ष जो कि गांव बाहर अपने दो बेटों के साथ रहती हैं घर के सामने दिल सिंह जो ओबीसी समाज का है उसका खेत है रमा देवी बीमार होने के कारण सामने वाले खेत में पास पड़ने के कारण सुबह लगभग 5:00 लैट्रिन के लिए बैठ जाती हैं उठते ही जैसे पता चलता है और वह हमला करने के लिए आरोपी पहले से तैयार था और रमा देवी को आकर तुरंत मारने लगते हैं जातिसूचक गाली देते हुए साले चमार मेरे खेतों में गंदगी फैलाते हैं  तभी रमा देवी के दोनों बेटे आ जाते हैं आरोपी लगभग 8 लोग थे जो कि पूरा परिवार आ गया और पीड़ित परिवार को पूरे परिवार ने लाठी और डंडों से मारा जिसमें रमा देवी और दोनों बेटे को गंभीर तरीके से घायल किया और इसके बाद आरोपी वहां से चले गए झगड़ा के दौरान गांव के रामजीवन राजू अरविंद ने झगड़े में बीच-बचाव किया आरोपी जाते-जाते बोले मैं तुम लोगों को देख लूंगा जान से मार दूंगा किसी को पता नहीं चलेगा साले चमार रमा देवी घाटमपुर थाना में एफ आई आर कराने पहुंची आरोपी पुलिस से पहले मिल चुके थे इसलिए f.i.r. नहीं कर रहे थे और ना ही सरकारी इलाज के लिए भेज रहे थे रमा देवी अपने दोनों बेटे को घाटमपुर प्राइवेट अस्पताल में इलाज करवाया और रमा देवी ने मुख्यमंत्री एचपी एससी एसटी आयोग में लिखित एप्लीकेशन दीया तब पुलिस ने एफ आई आर दर्ज की और कार्रवाई शुरू की लेकिन आरोपी कोई भी गिरफ्तार नहीं हुआ और पीड़ित के ऊपर उल्टा केस कर दिया की रमा देवी के बेटे जागेंद्र जीतू देवराज ने झगड़ा किया और मारपीट की उल्टा केस करने के बाद पुलिस ने पीड़ित परिवार को रोजाना परेशान करना शुरू किया और पीड़ित को समझौते के लिए थाने बुला ते रहे लेकिन पीड़ित परिवार संघर्ष करता रहा और रमा देवी को मुआवजा प्रथम किस्त मिली अभी वर्तमान में पीड़ित परिवार ने बताया की चार्ज शीट एसपी के पास रुकी हुई है   चार्ज शीट  लेने के लिए एप्लीकेशन पीड़ित द्वारा दिलाया है और उम्मीद है उन्हें जल्द से जल्द मिल जाएगी और आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू होगी बाकी का मुआवजा भी मिलेगा पीड़ित परिवार को और जो झूठा मुकदमा पीड़ित के ऊपर लगाया गया है उसकी सही से जांच की जाएगी पीड़ित परिवार पूरा मजदूरी पर निर्भर है
