ग्राम मकरंदपुर थाना रसूलाबाद कानपुर देहात की घटना शिव शंकर पुत्री लाली उम्र 14 वर्ष नाइंथ क्लास की छात्रा हे जोकि शिव शंकर पत्नी चुन्नी देवी की जेठानी का देहांत हो गया था नवार के कार्यक्रम में पति पत्नी दोनों गांव के अंदर गए हुए थे कार्यक्रम में शामिल थे लाली वह छोटे भाई बहन घर पर थे तभी लगभग 7:00 बजे आरोपी मेवालाल वा राजीव दोनों घर में घुस गए और लाली का मुंह दबा दिया मुंह में कपड़ा भर दिया और छोटे भाई को मारा वह पकड़ा और उसे डराया लाली के कपड़े निकाल दिए और रेप किया दोनों व्यक्ति ने बारी-बारी से लाली को ज्यादा ब्लड आने की वजह से बेहोश हो गई और आरोपी छोड़कर भाग गए पानी के माता-पिता जब घर वापस आए तो देखा लाली जमीन पर बेहोश पड़ी थी और छोटा लड़का जोर जोर से रो रहा था माता चुन्नी देवी ने लाली को बिना कपड़ों के देखा और जमीन में बहुत सारा खून पड़ा था जिसे चुन्नी ने भी देखकर घबरा गई और बेटी को मुंह में पानी डाला और और कुछ देर बाद होश आया तो लाली लाली ने अपनी माता जी को सारी घटना बताई जिसके बाद माता पिता दोनों लोग सरकारी अस्पताल अकबरपुर माती मेडिकल कराने के लिए ले आए पर अस्पताल में कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई और पुलिस ने f.i.r. करने के लिए मना किया कई दिनों तक इधर-उधर घुमाते रहे fact-finding करने के दौरान पता चला और टीम एमडीएमके के द्वारा  एप्लीकेशन एसपी को देना है यह बात पीड़ित को बताइए और उसके बाद f.i.r. हुए लाली पढ़ाई कर रही है वह स्कूल अब नहीं जाती क्योंकि उसको डर है और वेट डरी हुई है कि रास्ते में फिर से कोई घटना ना हो जाए लाली के बयान हो जाने के बाद केस कोर्ट में चल रहा है अभी तक मुआवजा नहीं मिला मेरे को कॉल किया तो पता चला अभी आरोपी धमकाते हैं गाली गलौज करते हैं और समझौता के लिए बोलते हैं

ग्राम Gaopur थाना रसूलाबाद कानपुर देहात के रहने वाले दिवारी लाल के परिवार के परिवार के साथ व उनकी बेटी अंगूरी के साथ ठाकुर रज्जू मिश्रा व अन्य व्यक्ति ने छेड़छाड़ की और जातिसूचक गाली दी जान से मारने की धमकी देते हैं दिवारी लाल व उनका परिवार के साथ जान माल का खतरा है दिवारी लाल की बेटी अंगूरी उम्र 18 वर्ष के साथ दबंगों ने छेड़छाड़ की और उसे मारने की धमकी दी इसी कारण अंगूरी के घरवालों ने पुलिस थाने में शिकायत की और शिकायत करने के बाद दूध डेयरी में रज्जू मिश्रा की उधारी लेने अंगूरी गई की पर पैसे नहीं दिए और कहने लगा भाग जा यहां से चमरिया नहीं तो बहुत मारेंगे और भी गंदी गंदी गाली देते रहे झगड़ा करते रहे और अगले दिन ही घर पर आकर 20 से 25 लोगों ने घर में आग लगा दी हमला कर दिया परिवार के सभी लोग घायल हो गए और आर्थिक नुकसान भी हुआ पत्थर फेंकते रहे इसमें हमारा परिवार का भी डरा हुआ है दबंग लोग बोलते रहे कि जहां जाना हो पुलिस थाने DM या SPतो चले जाओ हमारा कुछ नहीं कर पाओगे और झगड़ा के कुछ दिन बाद धमकाते रहे समझौता कर लो नहीं तो पूरे परिवार को मार डालेंगे इसी कारण दिवारी लाल व उनकी बेटी अंगूरी ने समझौता कर लिया।

Last Sunday 20.03.2022 they had arranged to hold a drama on the night after the Pillaiyar temple festival located in Thiruvalluvar town. Sandeep his friends Surer, S/o Subburayan and Aravindan, S/o Murugan went to see the koothu play in a two-wheeler around 11.30 that night. On the way back home he stopped the two-wheeler near the Velmurugan rice shop to urinate; he and Aravindan went to urinate. The police jeep stopped towards Suren while he was standing. Inspector Raja got out of the police jeep and beat up Suren and Aravind and dragged them into the police jeep. Sandeep was scared and hid without making a noise. It was only after the police jeep left that he walked down and came down. About 5 hours later Inspector Raja and Ethiraj came to the two-wheeler and looked at Sandeep and stopped the car and asked him whether his name is Sandeep. As soon as he said yes they took him to the police station. Inspector Raja told him to take off all their clothes and subjected him to brutal forms of police torture and he sustained heinous injuries at his and forced him to admit that he was the one stealing the lorry battery.

He begged to Ethiraj to leave him for the exam which is scheduled in the morning and in the meanwhile Inspector Raja entered the room and asked for Sandeep’s caste name. And only belonging to the Scheduled Caste the policemen subjected him to brutal forms of police violence and torture.

Ethiraj forced Sandeep to admit that he had did all the theft incidents. Also, Inspector Raja, Thanikaivel, Govindaraj, Constable Ganesh, Oosana Vusaya Murugan, Yelumalai, Constable Suresh were alternately kicked in the boots, beaten with a lathi, and asked to recover ½ pound neck chain in the village, Tali chain from the neck of a woman in Vazhur village.  At around 10.30 that morning, Suren and Aravindan, and Sandeep were taken to the village in a police jeep, and on the way, they stopped the car at Suren's house and took the pawn jewelry receipts from the bureau and brought them to the police station. Ethiraj threatened them and asked to recover money and jewelry thefts and forced them to confess and accept the theft.  Still FIR was not filled.

Veeralur village near Kalasapakkam in Tiruvannamalai district is home to over a thousand caste Hindu families like Vanniyar, Udayar, Naidu, Konar and more than 500 Dalit Arunthatiyar families. The villagers continue to protest the removal of the body by Dalits on public roads. In this connection, in the presence of Arani Kottatsiyar and Kalasapakkam Vattatsiyar on 26.08.2021, it has been decided that in case of death of Dalit Arundhati, the body will be taken through the State Highway without any disturbance to law and order.

In this situation, Amutha, who belonged to the Arundhatiyar caste for the last 14 days, was admitted to the Thiruvannamalai Government Hospital due to ill health and died on the 15th the next day. Since the next day was a curfew on the 16th, the police had instructed that the body be buried on the 17th the next day. On the evening of the 16th, the Dalit people talked about taking the dead body across the highway as per the decision already taken in the presence of the authorities. Protesters have protested. Revenue officials who came to know about this went directly to the village around 4.00 pm. In addition, more than 10 police personnel, led by the Polur Deputy Superintendent of Police, are engaged in security operations.When the Thasildar, the village administration officer and the police visited the firing range, they were suddenly stopped by more than 300 caste Hindus.

Dalits gathered there have demanded permission to visit the authorities.Then (16.01.2022) Mani, S/o Muthumanikkam, Kumar S/o Kuppan, Manikandan S/o Kumar from Palani village, Palani, Raja S/o Jayaramakaundar and Kurusami S/o Nallennagaundar from Melcholanguppam village led by more than 500 Vanniyar caste youths from three villages [Viralur, Melcholanguppam, Kuttrampalli] in the area, wearing PMK [ Pattali Makkal Katchi] party T-shirts, entered the residents' quarters with knives, sharp edged weapons, sticks and cricket bats and severely attacked the Arunthathiyars and also caused damaged to the people's house, door, window, bureau, mixer, grinder, two-wheeler, house tile and electrical connection box, making it unusable.

The mass caste atrocity which started at 4.30 pm on 16.01.2022, ended at around 6.30 pm. The attack on the Dalit Arundhati was carried out in the presence of Revenue officials, including the Deputy Superintendent of Police, 10 policemen.

Balwant to not enter in school examination. therefore School principle and D.P. Balwant said to victims that victim Amandeep  can not sit in school examination without permission fo Accuesd.
