प्रार्थी रमेश कुमार गौतम पुत्र हृदयलाल गौतम ग्राम रायपुर खुर्द थाना सूजनगंज जौनपुर मेरी बेटी प्रिया गौतम जिसकी उम्र 19 वर्ष है वह शौच के लिए जा रही थी तभी पीछे से गाव का लड़का विपुल उपाध्याय पुत्र रमाकांत निवासी रायपुर खुर्द अपने चाचा बाबलू के उपाध्याय के साथ पहुचा और हमारी बेटी के पीछे गाड़ी सटाकर ऐक्सिलेटेर तेज करके गाड़ी सटा दिया और हमारी लड़की घबराकर बगल मे गिर गई तो ये दोनों छिटाकशी करते हुए हसते हुए चले गए उस समय हम और हमारी पत्नी घर पर नही थे हमारी सास का देहांत हो गया था हम लोग अगले शाम को घर आए तो हमारे छोटे भाई ने हमसे बताया तो हम सुबह ही उनके घर उलाहना लेके गए तो वहा पर विपुल ओमप्रकाश उर्फ ओ पी और उनके पिता रमाकांत उपाध्याय ने हमे जातिसूचक गाली देते हुए बोले साले चमार भाग जा जो तुम्हें करना है कर ले उसके बाद हम लोगों से थोड़ा बहस हुआ उसके बाद लोगों के हस्तक्षेप से हम लोग अपने घर चले आए फिर हम लोग अपने खेत मे गेहू की मढ़ाई करने चले गए उसके बाद 2 बजे लगभग ओमप्रकाश पुत्र रमाकांत कुछ लोगों को लिवाकर हाकी डंडा लेकर खेत मे पहुच गए नीचे हमारे जी को मारना सुरू कर दिए हम लोग दौड़े फिर हम लोगों को भी मारे असलहा भी लेकर आए थे जाति सूचक गाली देते हुए चले गए की अब कुछ बोले तो जान से मार देंगे !

प्रार्थिनी सुषमा कनौजिया पुत्री नंदलाल ग्राम बारीगाव थाना मड़ियाहू जौनपुर की रहने वाली है और जाति से धोबी है दिनांक 14 -9-2020 को समय 11 बजे दिन मेरे ही गाव के अनिल विश्वकर्मा राजकुमार विश्वकर्मा पुत्र गण सभाजित मनीष विश्वकर्मा पुत्र इंद्रजीत ने मुझे व मेरी बहन रेशमा को देखकर छींटाकशी करते है तथा मेरे द्वारा मना करने पर गाली गलौज करने लगे तथा हम लोगों का फोटो भी खिच लिए थे इसी बात पर मेरी माँ ने विरोध किया तो उनको धक्का देकर गिरा दिए तथा मुल्जिमान उपरोक्त मुझे व मेरे परिवार को बेइज्जती करने की धमकी दिए थे और बोले की रिपोर्ट करोगी तो तुम लोगों को जान से हाथ धोना पड़ेगा व विशाल विश्वकर्मा पुत्र विजयी विश्वकर्मा जो मेरे ही गाव का ही है यह भी हम लोगों को गाली गलौज व उल्टा सीधा बोल रहा था ! 

गरीब दलित राजकेशर गौतम जो बधवा बाजार मे एक गुमटी मे चाय पान गुटखा की दुकान चलाता है दिनांक 12.8.2020 को समय शाम को 7 बजे बंद कर ही रहे थे की इतने मे विवेक यादव आलोक यादव सभापति यादव चाय बनाने के लिए बोले तो हमने कहा भैया दूध नही है फिर सिगरेट मांगे फिर हमने मना किया इतने मे इक तमाचा खिच कर मारे उसके बाद और मा बहन की तीनों लोगो ने गाली देते हुए और जान से मरने की धमकी देते हुए चले गए उसके बाद हमने पुलिस चौकी मे सूचना दिया लेकिन कोई नही आया ना ही कुछ हुआ उसके बाद हम थाना पट्टी के थानाध्यक्ष को प्रार्थना पत्र दिए फिर भी कुछ नही हुआ उसके बाद फिर कप्तान साहब को फोन करके मदद की गुहार लगाया तब जाकर मेरी  FIR दर्ज हुआ 

Bagalkot District, Mudhol taluk, Shirol village. there lived schedule caste Madiga community belongs Thalageri family this family drothers Baramappa Thalageri and Mallyappa Thalageri, Baramappa had 6 male children they are 1, Siddappa Thalageri, 2, Gachappa Thalageri 3, Vittal thalageri 4, Ashok Thalageri 5, Yallappa Thalageri, 6, Mallyappa Thalageri they all married and they are living separately with their wife and children and all they are having 8 actor of land each and Mallyappa had 4 male children and they are 1, Kadappa Thalageri 2, Sadashiva Thalageri 3, Nagappa Thalageri and 4, Kariyappa thalageri they all marrid and they are living separately with their wife and children and all they are having 4 actor of lands each. in the village this Thalageri family is in good condition. in the village if anything happens and family dispute happens in the backward class people they use to this Thalageri family and this family use to give proper lwa to them. in the time of village festivel there was a culture thatof living Devadasi of schedule caste women;s and clening vestiges of village by thesepeople but these people have opposed it leaving Devadasi and cleaning by this OBC belongs Lingayath, Reddy, Banagiga community people were angry on them. on 10-05-2019 a boy belongs to Lingayath community were going speedily on his bike in front of Thalageri family house seeing this Nagappa Thalageri tells him go slow children are there and it will be good for you also. on the same day night around 8 O clock nearly 100 to 150 people have come to Thalageri family with the stick and iron rod and have attacked the family and have beaten everyone in the family they have not seen women and children beaten all and have broken house door, windows, TV, furniture's and 2 car and 4 bikes, after this 13 people have been arrested and they have been sent to jail and after 2 months they have been released on bail comming back they have hating this family.

Keeping this in mind they have threat of murder, assaulting them and trying to ride vehicle on them. on all this incident this family had complained to DC and SP and as on 15-10-2019 morning 10;30 this family had gone to Mudhol police station and given complaint that they have threat of life and they have requested to give protection. on the same day after noon around 3;30 Thalageri family member Vittal Thalageri and his uncle Mallyappa Thalageri were brutally murdered by the deadly instuments and after that the criminals 1, Kiran Mahesh Nagareddy 2, Siddu Kadappa Nagireddy 3, Arun Mahesh Nagireddy and 5, Basappa Kadappa Kalloli have called Thalageri family members and have forced them to compromise and have threaten them if you won't compromise we will going to kill another two members.

on 18-01-2022 morning around 8;30 Nagappa Thalageri s/o Siddappa Thalageri and Baramappa Thalageri s/o Ashok thalageri both were coming back from their land and on the way in front of Village god Vital swamy temple above said criminals stops them and says you are not coming for compromise and they have scolded them in bad words and have assaulted them by deadly weapons and have come their house and have threatened that we will going to kill both of you.

this incident case has been registered at Mudhol police station on 19-01-2022 and the crime No; 22/2022, IPC 1860 u/s 504 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 326, 506(2) and Sc/St(POA) Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(f), 3(2)(V-a) has been filed.

Against complaint has been filed on 19-02-2022 saying Thalageri family had come to beat us and the crime No;23/2022 IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 148, 447, 341, 427, 323,324, 307, 109, 114, 506(2) and 149 had been filed in the case.  

The girl of poor Dalit Dayaram slept in the verandah of the house at 11:00 at night and her parents went to the wedding ceremony that date-25-09-2021 at 11:00 pm Om Prakash Maurya Urf O. P . Maurya's son, owner Maurya, who lives at Nawasa in his in-laws' house and his in-laws in my neighbourhood, entered my house and started pulling, holding hands, suddenly my eyes opened and I started screaming, so people around ran to that caste. The pointer went out, abusing the mother sister and threatening to kill her, also tried to catch the people nearby. 

But did not get caught and said that this time I am leaving but I will not leave again nor will I allow you to get married, after that I called my parents and informed about the incident on 30-5-2021 Came home and gave an application against it to the outpost in-charge, Raja Bazar.
