3, Madesh his wife Madevi their son Vishwa 26 years they all working as concrete workers and painting workers. many of the people who are living in Mahadeswara Nagar are working in Piriyapatna muncipal as sweepers. as usual on 17-12-2021 evining around 5;30 Vishwa s/o Mahadeva finishing his work he was going back to his home on Krishnapura main road, on the next to that road OBC Ediga community belongs Nagarathnamma w/o Kumar 57 years working as Anganavadi worker had a house seeing Vishwa calls him and tells him that our toilet pit behind my house is full will you empty it and she tells him that i will give more money. so Vishwa goes back to his colony and he  comes back with his Rajesh s/o Nanjunda and madhu s/o Anilraj then she takes them back to her house and sows them the toilet pit and tells them to clean it seeing it they refuse to clean then she tells them i will give extra 500/- rupees and she give 500/- rupees advonce the same day around 6 O clock they starts work till 7;30 they have cleaning the pit. Madhu was in the pit and he was picking the dirt in his open hand and giving it to Rajesh and Vishwa by the time finishing their work by the heavy smell of toilet they makes vomit and they comes back to their home. 

at home Madhu had suffered breathing he was not able to sleep and breath seeing this his father Anilraj takes him to piriyapatna hospital on 18-12-2021 gives him treatment after that they have been referred to K R Hospital at Mysore for more treatment, after taking to K R Hospital Muncipal health officers that something happened to Madhu so on 18-12-2021 they had given complaint in the police station on Nagarathna, after the treatment he declared from the hospital, since he had to come for treatment again and again he stays in his relative's house in Mysore, since Madhu was in the toilet pit he had suffered more problem and Vishwa and Rajesh had not suffered that much problem but stillthey hsd vomiting and breathing problem they hsd taken treatment at piriyapatna government hospital.

on 20-12-2021 morning around 7 O clock Madhu had got again breathing problem soon their relative's takes him to nearest hospital Kamakshi which is a private hospital there doctor examine him he conformed them that he is dead then his body has been taken to Mysore government K R Hospital for post mortem. in this side Vishwa and Rajesh had been referred from piriyapatna government hospital for further treatment so talluk social welfare officer Krishnegowda had taken them to K R Hospital at Mysore

this incident case had been complaint at Piriyapatna police station on 18-12-2021 and the crime No; 331/2021, The Prohibition of Employment as Manuval Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act-2013 U/S 5,8, 9, ofter the death of Madhu on 20-12-2021 IPC 1860 u/s 304(ii) and Sc/St(POA) Amendment Act-2015 U/s 3(1)(j) has been filed. 

A few months before the Dalit basti and Thakur basti, Saurabh Singh of Thakur basti had shown Katta, due to which there was a fight, due to which some people of dalit basti had gone fishing for wages on Suraj Singh's pond and were returning after catching fish. Pawan was alone, four people were on bike and asked Pawan and where are the people Pawan told that other people are behind, on saying so much, the hockey players started abusing him with sticks and because of being deserted, no one came to save due to which Pawan Killed him and left him dead and threw him in the nearby canal and fled.

Accused Barma entered in their home forcedly and bad touch with her with bad intention and sexual assault with her and her mother. Accused threaten and caste abused them that “ Chamar, Ded, Neech, Kamino give me one lakh rupee otherwise he will kill them”. Yet police PCR came there, when PCR returned he again abused them and trying to enter in their home forcedly.

Accused Barma doing all this another accused Balbir Pahal caste Jat, both of them linked with mobile regularly. Accused Balbir Pahal surrounding their home since two days and he also block their main gate with his car (HR42F-4570) today morning. Therefore victims were face problem to enter their home. Accused barma abused and threaten to life to victims hole night.

 Sachin belongs to caste chamar and living in village Chattar. On dated 1.8.21 at approx. 10pm they were sitting at their platform of his mohalla. Yet accused Sahil s/o liluram, Sonu s/o Mangeram, Anil s/o Sippa@shiva, Lilu s/o Prem, Prem s/o Succharam and others came at their platform. All accused were drunker and doing obscene act there, when they trying to explain them, then caste abused them i.e. chamar, Dehd, Gittal, Giri hui Nasl and others. When they trying to stop them then they attack on them bricks. Due to fear they run away in his home. All accused threaten to life and run away. due this victim lodge an fir under sc/st act and another incident also in same village under sc/st act was lodged. due to these FIRs and compromised not made by victims. dominant villageres did social boycott of Dalits.

On dated 27.8.21 in the evening a video was viral on social media in which  accused Raghbir s/o Ramswroop caste Jat caught Dalit child Manjit  and put allegation on him that he was stolen his bike oil. He beaten him along with sleepers and slapped. Yet another’s accused Baldeva s/o Surta, Kuldip s/o Kitaba caste Jat and Rajkumar @ Papdi s/o Shersingh caste Chimbi  also gathered there. All  above accused beaten him very cruelly whenever he was crying and begging for his safety. Accused Raghbir beaten him with slapped and sleeper, accused Baldewa hitting him with leg, accused kuldeep pushed him hair and Rajkumar threat to tying him in sunlight. Till then many people were gathered there but nobody escape him from accused.  Accused trying to excite the mob and nobody came to help the child.
