भारत सिंह पिता शैतान सिंह निवासी ग्राम - पिप्ल्या पाड़ा, थाना कल्याणपुरा, जिला - झाबुआ कक्षा 11वीं का छात्र भोपाल मे मजदूरी कर रहे  अपने माता - पिता के पास कुछ दिनों के लिये आया था, जहां वह पिता की कंपनी अंकिता कंस्ट्र्क्शन में काम करने लगा था। जिससे उसकी किताबें खरीदी जा सके। दिनांक 13 दिसंबर 2021 को दोपहर में कंपनी के इंजिनियर दीपक कुमार सिंह ने उसे बाईक पर बैठा कर लाउखेड़ा एयरपोर्ट रोड भोपाल ले गया। (प्रत्यक्षदर्शी छोटे बच्चों के अनुसार) लाउखेड़ी में जिस स्थान पर वे गये वहां रो़ड पर सीवरेड लाईन के चैंबर थे। मैन होल का चेंबर हटा कर भारत सिंह पहले चेंबर में उतरा और उसके थोड़ी देर बार इंजिनियर दीपक कुमार सिंह. 10-15- मिनट तक वे बाहर नहीं निकले तो वहां स गुजर रहे लोगों को बच्चों ने घटना बताई। वहां के निवासियों ने 18-20 फिट गहरे मेनहोल में झांक कर देखा हां दोनों अचेत पड़े हुए थे। कुछ लोग उन्हे बचाने चैंबर में उतरे लेकिन घुटन की वजह से नीचे नहीं उतर पायेष उन्होने पुलिस को सूचना दी, पुलिसकर्मियो ने दोनों की लाशों को बाहर निकलवाया। 

मामला की गंभीरता को देखते हुए नगर निगम भोपाल ने अंकिता कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी पर केस दर्ज कराया, वहीं प्रदेश के नगरीय आवास एंव विकास मंत्रीी भूपेंद्र सिंह ने जांच के आदेश दिये और मृतकों को 10-10 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता की घोषणा की। 

मृतक भारत सिंह के पिता शैतान सिंह ने हमे बताया कि घटना के दिन उनका बेटा उनके साथ ही था और दीपक सिंह ने अपनी मोटरसाइकल से उसे ले गया। उसकी मौत के बाद वे अस्पताल गये जहां उन्हे भरत की लाश मिली। कोई भी उनकी बात नहीं सुन रहा था। उन्हे अपने बेटे की लाश को लेकर झाबुआ  पहुंचा दिया गया। लोगों से पता चला कि पेपर में गलत बात छापी है कि भरत कंपनी में काम नहीं करता था। शैतान सिंह ने बताया कि उन्हे अभी कोई भी पैसा नहीं मिला है, 5-6 साल से  जिस कंपनी में करते थे वहां से सिर्फ 3 लाख रुपये का चेक दिया गया है और बहुत से कागजों पर अंगूठा लगवा लिया है। 

फतेहगढ़, राजघाट जिला बुरहानपुर निवासी दलित युवति कल्पना महार ने कोतवाली थाना जिला बुरहानपुर में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई कि - अजय शर्मा नामक युवक ने उसके साथ शादी का का वादा करके पिछले 7-8 सालों से यौन शोसण करता आया है। अजय शर्मा के पिता अरुण शर्मा ने भी अपने बेटे से युवती की शादी कराने  का वादा किया था, लेकिन अब युवक अजय शर्मा ने उसे धोखा देकर अपने समाज की लड़की से शादी कर ली है। अब आरोपी अजय शर्मा युवती को जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहा है। जिससे उसके सम्मान को ठेेंस पहुंची है, उसे धोखा देकर उसका दैहिक शोषण किया गया है। वह अपने आप को आरोपी अजय शर्मा से असुरक्षित महसूस कर रही है इस वजह से वह एक स्थानीय पत्रकार अम्बाराम चिनावलकर की मदद से कोतवाली थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराने पहुंची। महिला की शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए कोतवाली पुलिस ने आरोपी अजय को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है और मामले की जांच कर रही है। जब हमारी फैक्ट फाइंडिंग टीम तहकीकात करने पहुंची तो किसी तरह पीड़ित महिला से मुलाकात हो पाई लेकिन उसने हमें कुछ भी बताने से मना कर दिया। उसके सहयोगी पत्रकार ने भी अपनी जानमाल का हवाला देकर किसी भी तरह की जानकारी देने से मना कर दिया।

The victim's house located at the end of the village. Taking advantage of this, Accused Sudhanshu Jena, At-Charapada, Po-Palliraghunathpur, Ps- Nikirai, Dist- Kendrapara are all of a lustful nature and anti-social. Taking advantage of victim's simplicity accused making obscene remarks at various times and threatened her in dire consequences. But on Dt-29/10/2021 at about 3 PM when she alone at her house accused Sudhanshu Jena forcibly entered in to her house, abused her and obscene languages, pushed and pulled her Saree. Assaulted her by means of slaps, pressed her neck with intension to kill her. Stolen away one gold chain from her neck. When her family members came to the spot the accused fled away from the spot with threatening to kill her and her family members in life. Accused told that no one can leave my bond. I was arrested and charged with felony criminal mischief for firing on a sculpture with a shotgun. Who is watching what is happening to me? I have the union with the ruling party's MLA and the Sarpanch, the Leader and the Minister. After this incident victim and her family was in danger.

Mandya district, Malavalli talluk, Kirugavalu Hobli, Hanakola village here lived Schedule caste holiya community belongs Suresh Vardhan s/o Sundrappa 33 years his wife Shobha 27 years this couple had two children they are Harshavardhan 5 years and Yashash Vardhan 3 years, this family is living in Bangalore from last 7 to 8 years andworking in Bhagavathi Garments because of covid-19 in 2020 they have left Bangalore and came back to their village. they spent all the money they have saved and after all the money got over they were frightenent about their future. then they planned to get lone to by cow and produce millk and by that they may lead their life. they borrowed rupees one lack and by that purchased a cow by 59,000/ rupees and in 25,000/- rupees build a cow shed and were running their life. the same village OBC Lingayath community belongs Sundramma w/o Mahadevappa says taht my daughter husband is doing cow business he will buy you good cows for you is in Dugganahalli village go to him i will make phone call to him so Suresh Vardhan gose tyere to there he gives him a cow saying this cow is verygood and it gives 15 to 20 liter of milk and he takes 44,000/- rupees for it then he brings the cow to home. Suresh fetches the milk from cow but it had given just 2 or 3 of milk but Raju had him thatthis cow will give 15 to 20 liters of milk so he makes phone coll to Raju and says you had told me that this cow will give 15 to 20 liters of milk but its giving just 2 or 3 liters of milk so Raju comes there and he infront of him fetches milk from cow and shows him that its giving just 2 liters for that Raju says I  have another cow you can change this cow and give 14,00/-rupees more and that cow has calf so Suresh vardhan agrees for that he goes to Dugganahalli village along with his friend Gavisiddaiah on 12-10-2021 and reaches morning around 9'o' clock and calls Raju he says I have gone out you go to my home and leveeyour cowand take another cow so Suresh changes the cow whil changing the cow Raju comes there and he shouts they are thieves and they are taking my cow and they belongs to Holeya community by the shout noise of him people of his community gathers there and they beats Suresh in the same time he calls razer Malliaiah and tell him there what ever happen i will take care, Gavisiddaiah who had come with Suresh seeing this he escapes from there and hides in Sugar cane land and he makes video of the incident and 1, Raju from Dugganahalli 2, Gireshfrom Malavalli tow 3, Razer Mallaiah from Malavalli 4, Sundramma from Hanakola village are the reason for this incident.

then after they had taken him to Malavalli rural police station and tried to put a case on him this incident comes to now to Dalit forums and Dalit leaders soon they rush to police sation and have stopped the police and brought him back to village ofter some davs the video of beating Suresh were uploaded tosocial media and it has become viral on that video basis complaint case had been given at Malavalli rural police station on 14-10-2021 by the force of Dalit forums but because of politicians infuence police had not taken complaint so again on 17-10-2021 once again by the force of Dalit leaders and Dalit forums complaint has been lodged and the crime case No;185/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 420, 504, 109, 341, 324, 323, 34 and sc/st(POA) Amendment Act 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) has been added.

Yadgiri district, Shahapura talluk, Chatnalli village, village there lived schedule caste holeya community belong Thippanna and his wife Lakshimiand there daughter Sangeetha@ mayuri. she has been married from Parasapura village, this couple has 3 childran two male and one Female and they are steeld in next state Maharastra in Pune at Shangli for work. sangeeth s fathar Thippanna and her Lakshmi had diden long back ago so Sangeeth her brothers Basavaraju and Thippanna were grown up by hergrand Father house. there was between Sangeetha and her husband Dileep so she had left Poona and came back to her own village cnatnalli on desember 2020 and stayedwith her mother in law Bheemavva -60 years. on the other side her husbend Dileep had married another women. Sangeeth had 3 children 1, Jayash 8 years 2, Kumaraswamy 6 years and 3, Sonali 5 years they were taken care by her uncle and they were joined to residential school at Poona, since Sangeetha husbend were giving torture she had left the place and she were staving at shahapura town Chowdeshwari area in a rented house.

February 2021 (don't know exact date) Sangeetha was going to her own village Chatnahalli to her relatives house for a function so she was waiting for bus at Shahapur night around 9"o" clock, by yhe time some of her known people 1, Lingaraju Bevinamarada 2, Sharanappa Navakodi 3, Bheemaraya Dorenahalli, 4, Ayappa Natekar calla her but she refuse to go with but they forcefully pulls her to their car it's a white car the no is KA -36 N-3224 and they take her to near Rastapura village arch and scolds her caste and forcefully man handles her and forcefully removes her cloths and they makes her naked and they burns her chest by cigar ate and forcefully rapes her one by one and they captures raping her by their mobile phones. they threatens her if you leak this matter we will kill you and they have told her to come whenever we need you. this forcefully rape video has beenuplodad to social media and it has been published in Kannada Prabha news pepar on 13-09-2021. in the same dya police were arrested the criminals and hsve produced to the court.on this incident case has been filed at Shahapur police station on 13-09-2021 and the case crime No; 212/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 354B, 506, 34, 504, 366, 376D, and sc/st(POA) Amendment Act 2015 u/s 3(1)(W), 3(2)(V) has been added in the case.
