Yadgiri district, Shahapura talluk, Chatnalli village, village there lived schedule caste holeya community belong Thippanna and his wife Lakshimiand there daughter Sangeetha@ mayuri. she has been married from Parasapura village, this couple has 3 childran two male and one Female and they are steeld in next state Maharastra in Pune at Shangli for work. sangeeth s fathar Thippanna and her Lakshmi had diden long back ago so Sangeeth her brothers Basavaraju and Thippanna were grown up by hergrand Father house. there was between Sangeetha and her husband Dileep so she had left Poona and came back to her own village cnatnalli on desember 2020 and stayedwith her mother in law Bheemavva -60 years. on the other side her husbend Dileep had married another women. Sangeeth had 3 children 1, Jayash 8 years 2, Kumaraswamy 6 years and 3, Sonali 5 years they were taken care by her uncle and they were joined to residential school at Poona, since Sangeetha husbend were giving torture she had left the place and she were staving at shahapura town Chowdeshwari area in a rented house.

February 2021 (don't know exact date) Sangeetha was going to her own village Chatnahalli to her relatives house for a function so she was waiting for bus at Shahapur night around 9"o" clock, by yhe time some of her known people 1, Lingaraju Bevinamarada 2, Sharanappa Navakodi 3, Bheemaraya Dorenahalli, 4, Ayappa Natekar calla her but she refuse to go with but they forcefully pulls her to their car it's a white car the no is KA -36 N-3224 and they take her to near Rastapura village arch and scolds her caste and forcefully man handles her and forcefully removes her cloths and they makes her naked and they burns her chest by cigar ate and forcefully rapes her one by one and they captures raping her by their mobile phones. they threatens her if you leak this matter we will kill you and they have told her to come whenever we need you. this forcefully rape video has beenuplodad to social media and it has been published in Kannada Prabha news pepar on 13-09-2021. in the same dya police were arrested the criminals and hsve produced to the court.on this incident case has been filed at Shahapur police station on 13-09-2021 and the case crime No; 212/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 354B, 506, 34, 504, 366, 376D, and sc/st(POA) Amendment Act 2015 u/s 3(1)(W), 3(2)(V) has been added in the case.

Kolar district, Srinivahpura talluk, Thadagol village Nagareddygaripalli village hear lived Schedule caste belongs 1, Krishnappa and nagamma, 2, Manjappa and Lakshmamma 3, Lakshmanna and Laksmidevamma these couple children 1, Gowri 2, Yashaswini 3, Bhavana they are studiying Bcom in Governament Girls collage at Chinthamani city. Normally they use to go to their collage by KSRTC bus from thir village, they levee village 8;30 in the morning and they were coming back 4;30 in the evening they were coming to their village backby bus in the same bus who are from Gownipalli village Pavan and Saipooja (she is a girl) and Kondamari village belongs babu Nayaka who were stadying in Vikram collage whchi is private collage. were traveling in the same bus and they were raging them.these girils came and informed their parents about the raging in the bus so on this raging their relatives had come and informed their parents about the raging in the bus so on this raging their relatives had come and told them and have advised them not to do like this. keeping this bitter on 04-09-2021 Gownipalli village. parents (father and mother) of Pavan, Anilkumr, Saipooja, and Kondamari village Babu Nayaka, Gireesh, Sudhakar, Chikkareddappa and their parents all together at thadagola bus stand have scolded badly in the name of caste and have attacked and man handied on Gowri, Yashashwini and Bhavana knowing this thier parents and relatives AnilKumar, Abishek, Dhananjaya, Shivakumar, Venkatesh and Shrinath comes to the spot and they try to aviod them but they have brutally beaten them by stone, sticks and by hand all of them were admitted them to Srinivashpura Governament Hospital and they were shifted to Bangalore Bowring hospital for further trestment. on this incident case has been filled at Gownapalli police station on 04-09-2021and the crime No; 57/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 307, 506, 504, 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 354, r/w 149 and sc/st (POA) Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) has been filed.

Sunita running a fruit lorry at bus of her village Nyoltha. on dated 14.7.21 at approx. 10.30am accused Sachin and Balram came there in drunk situation on a tractor. they took some fruits from victims lorry himself, when victim sunita demand for money then accused abused to victim on casteline. accused looted 1000-1500rs from her gullak and through the all fruits. victim made call women helpline number 1091, but police did not take any action against accused. Accused again came there at approx. 1.30 noon and attack on victim, accused trying uplift the tractor on victim and hit on her private part. accused again through her fruits.  

                यह घटना जिला ऊना के गांव टक्का के वार्ड न० 6 की दलित बस्ती की हैं. यह गांव जिला मुख्यालय से 7 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है इस गांव में चमार जाति के 100 घर, ब्राहमण जाति के 1000 घर, जट जाति 40, तेली 02, जुलाहा 02, सुरैहडा 01, सैनी 70, नाइ 20, तरखान 30 घर है, इस गांव में चमार जाति में से अनुराधा पत्नी श्री तरसेम लाल रहती है. अनुराधा का पति तरसेम लाल अपनी बैल्डिंग की दुकान करता है जो की दूकान किराए पर ले रखी है, तरसेम लाल ने करीब 7 साल पहले गांव टक्का में ही बस स्टॉप के पास ही गांव के ओन्कार नाथ सपुत्र स्व: गज्जन राम जाति ब्राहमण उम्र 80 वर्ष से दूकान किराए पर ली है जिसका किराया एक हज़ार रूपये है. अनुराधा के पति हर महीने की दस तारीख से पहले पहले दूकान का 1000/- किराया दे दिया करता था, लाक डाउन जैसी स्थिति में भी अनुराधा के पति ने ओन्कार नाथ को दूकान का किराया सही समय पर दिया है. किसी कारण वर्ष अक्तूबर महीने का किराया अनुराधा के पति से लंबित हो गया.

            दिनाक 25.11.21 को करीब शाम 5:30 पर अनुराधा अपने घर में अपने कमरे में रजाई में लेट कर अपना TV देख रही थी तभी आचानक ओन्कार नाथ सपुत्र स्व: गज्जन राम जाति ब्राहमण उसके कमरे में आ गया और अनुराधा की रजाई को हटा कर बोला क्या कर रही है तू और तेरा घरवाला कहा है अनुराधा ने कहा बाबा जी आप बाहर बैठो मैं TV देख रही हूँ और मेरे पति काम पर गए हुए है. ओन्कार नाथ को अनुराधा ने फिर कहा की आप बाहर बैठो फिर व बाहर आकर बैठ गया फिर ओन्कार नाथ सपुत्र स्व: गज्जन राम ने पूछा की बच्चे कहा है तेरे अनुराधा ने जबाब दिया की बच्चे टियुशन गए हुए है. फिर उसने अनुराधा की पढ़ाई के बारे में पूछा की तुम कहा तक पढ़ी लिखी हो. अनुराधा ने बताया की व दसवीं तक पढ़ी लिखी है फिर उसने अनुराधा से उसके पति का फोन नंबर माँगा अनुराधा जैसे ही अपने कमरे की तरफ आई तो ओन्कार नाथ उसके पीछे चल पड़ा इतने में अनुराधा ने थोड़ा गुस्से से बोला बाबा जी आप डैडी के पास जाकर बैठो क्योंकि अनुराधा के ससुर बिस्तर पर ही बिमारी की हालत में रहते है जिनका कमरा थोडा हट कर है. अनुराधा के कहने पर ओन्कार नाथ सपुत्र स्व: गज्जन राम जाति ब्राहमण  वहा से चला गया उसके जाने के बाद अनुराधा अपने कमरे में आई और फिर रजाई में लेट कर TV देखने लग पड़ी करीब 15 मिनट के बाद ओन्कार नाथ फिर अनुराधा के कमरे में आ गया और फिर रजाई को हटा कर बोला साली कुत्ती चमारी बिगड़ी हुई पंजाबण और काफी गालियाँ निकालने लगा, और दोनों वाहों से पकड़ लिया फिर जोर जोरो से अनुराधा चिलाई तब जाकर साथ के घर से कंचन, नीलम, व् यशपाल आये उन्होंने उसके चुंगल से अनुराधा को छुडाया, जब मौका अनुराधा को छुड़वाने आये तो व् मौका पर अनुराधा को जुत्ते से मार रहा था  इसके बाद अनुराधा ने पुलिस को फोन किया पर पुलिस मौका पर ना आई और ओन्कार नाथ सपुत्र स्व: गज्जन राम जाति ब्राहमण का लड़का घर पर आया और उसे लेकर चला गया और बोला तुम लोग जो कुछ मर्ज़ी कर लो उसके बाद गांव के प्रधान को बुलाया तब प्रधान ने कहा की मैं उनको मौका पर बुलाता हूँ और आपका राजीनामा करवा देता हूँ, पर अनुराधा ने यही कहा की मैं पुलिस में ही इसकी शिकायत करुँगी. तब करीब रात 8 बजे अनुराधा ने अपनी शिकायत महिला थाना ऊना में दर्ज करवाई जिस पर पुलिस ने टाल मटौल करते हुते हुए दुसरे दिन FIR दर्ज करी.

पीड़ित अशोक साकेत द्वारा बताया गया कि  6 माह पहले आरोपी गणेश मिश्रा के यहां राजमिस्त्री का काम किया था, काम के दौरान ही पैसा देने में आनाकानी कर रहा था तो हम वहां काम करना छोड़ दिये, जितना काम किये थे उसकी मजदूरी कुल 15000.00 हुई थी जिसमें से 6000.00 आरोपी पहले दे चुका था 9000.00 रुपये बकाया था जिसे लेने के लिए मैं 20 नवम्बर को गणेश मिश्रा को फोन लगाया कि पिछला बकाया पैसा दे दें, तो आरोपी ने बुलाया की आ जाओ हिसाब किताब कर देते हैं। तो अशोक साकेत और सत्येंद्र साकेत दोनों आरोपी के गणेश मिश्रा की आहरी ग्राम डोल गए जहां पीड़ित और आरोपी दोनों के बीच हिसाब किताब में बहस हो गया उसी बीच आरोपी किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से फोन पर बात किया हिसाब किताब को लेकर तो पीड़ित अशोक साकेत ने फोन पर बात करने को कहा, आरोपी बात न करवा कर गुस्से में  अंदर गया कहते हुये कि रुक बताता हूँ और तलवार निकाल कर पीड़ित के गर्दन में हमला किया जिससे बचने के लिए वो अपना हाथ बीच मे लाया और हाथ कट गया।
