On dated 07.06.2021 at approx. 7pm victim Randhir singh returned back his home after completed his labor. When he reached at near his house accused chatter singh s/o Rishal singh, sanjeev kumar s/o chatter singh, pardeep kumar s/o chatter singh, amit s/o chatter singh r/o Fatupur came there. Accused Chatter singh said to victim Randhir that your bush felled in the way so put it now. Then victim said that uncle now I am coming from labor and tired so I will put it morning first.  But all accused get angry due to victims answer and caste abused to victim that” is sale chamar Ded ko gher lo, aaj ye jane na paye”. All above accused attacked on victim with punches and legs badly. Due to this attack victims teeth was broken and he was unconscious. Then all accused run away, when victim Randhir came out from unconscious he went at house of village sarpanch Samsher singh.

Randhir singh told all incidents to smasher singh then due to serious condition of victim he admitted him in LNJP Hospital.

victim Poonam d/o sh. Shishram caste Jatav r/o H.No 204, Basant vihar, Gali No. 2 Rohtak. She was a Associate Professor in MDU Rohtak. Accused Dr. R.P.Garg (Professor) was in Physical Department in MDU. Accused sexual assault with victim, in starting victim silent to her job therefore accused continue harassment with victim Pooja. One day accused call to victim in his office for official work, where proposed physical relationship with victim Pooja. Accused said to victim that he can change her life and he will do her job permanent. But victim refused his proposal and went away.

 In the 2018-2019 accused promoted as a HOD. One day victim was study after finish her class, yet accused R.P. Garg came there again proposed physical relationship with victim and said that now he have power and your all PHD work will be easily and all facility and job will be permanent by him. Victim again refused his proposal then accused threaten to victim that he will spoil her all carrier. Victim request to accused for not tortured but accused misbehaved with victim, then victim went away. accused not arrest by police till now.

घटना  सूबे बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के पकड़ीदयाल थाना क्षेत्र के छपरा बिहारी गांव की है . उक्त गाँव की रीता देवी पति जोखन राम , जाति - अनुसूचित जाति (चमार ) सपरिवार  पूर्वजो से गैरमजरुआ जमीन पर घर बना कर रहते आ रहें है . इधर , दबंग ग्रामीण लालबाबू मुखिया ,शंकर मुखिया , नन्हक मुखिया , भोला मुखिया , शारदा देवी , बबीता देवी , शम्भा देवी , जाति - पिछड़ी जाति ( बीन ) द्वारा एक राय व मेल में आकर उक्त दलित परिवार को बेदखल करने की कोशिश की जा रही है . बताते है कि मुखिया परिवार द्वार दलित की घर की जमीन के पीछे रैयती जमीन खरीद ली गई है . जिसके कारन मुखिया परिवार के सदस्य गण दलित को वहां से बदखल कर भगा देना चाहतें है . 

दिनांक 02.08.2021 को सुबह करीब 7.00 बजे रीता देवी के पति जोखन राम अपने घर की मरम्मत कर रहे थे . इसी क्रम में उक्त तमाम लोग लाठी डंडा ,लोहे का रेड ले कर आये और जाति सूचक गलियां देते हुए जोखन राम की पिटाई करने लगे . श्री राम को बचने उसकी पत्नी रीता देवी आई तो उक्त लूगों ने उसके साथ भी मर पीट किया . उसके कपडे फार दिए . हल्ला सून कर आस पास के लोग बीच बचाव कर मामला को शांत किया . उक्त सन्दर्भ में दिनांक: 05.08 . 2021 को पकड़ीदयाल थाना में कांड सं0 166/21 अंतर्गत दफ्फा 142]323]347]354]307]504 IPC & 3(1)(r)(s) Act 1989 प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है . 

Mania village is situated under Tangi PS in Cuttack district.   At the beginning of the village there is a big sahi habited by Gopal Caste (OBC) families; inside the village there is a small sahi where 12 SC (Pana) families live. The Gopal sahi is connected with the main road with a wide road while a narrow road connects the dalit sahi to the village main road. At the beginning of the dalit sahi road, a community centre for the Gopal caste has been constructed and by its side a boring point for water supply has been dug encroaching the dalit sahi road. Few days back, one person namely Gourang Das belonging to Gopal caste started construction of a wall obstructing the dalit sahi road. The Dalits lodged a complaint to the Revenue Inspector (R.I.) of the area; the R.I. visited the spot and cautioned Gourang Das not to construct the wall on the road. But the accused person did not stop construction. Then they lodged a police complaint but no steps were taken. The dalits requested for our intervention. Followed by the request, a Fact Finding was done and the matter was brought to the notice of the Suptd. of Police Cuttack (Rural). After that FIR was registered.

Sunil Sethi is professional driver. He hails from village Gada Rodanga under Brhmagiri PS. He had joined Gudu Travels, Puri for one and half months before the date of the incident. On 01.12.2019 he took one lawyer Mr. Manohar Khan, and his daughter from Puri to Srivihar, Patia under Chandrasekharpur Police Station, Bhubaneswar. It is said that the vehicle was parked outside Varsa Villa (the house where the lawyer got down) and Sunil was missing. Although Sunil’s father tried to contact him over phone, it was not responded. On the next morning the family members of Sunil were informed by Brahmagiri police about death of Sunil. Babaji Sethi some other villagers and relatives proceeded to Bhubaneswar. They visited the spot where the body was located. It was a plot adjacent to the house of the lawyer at Srivihar. The said plot was having a compound wall surrounding it and had two gates. The big gate was locked while a small gate was open; some laterite stone pieces were stacked inside the boundary where the dead body of Sunil was lying. The scientific team conducted spot investigation; the DCP also visited the spot. The family members strongly suspected that the lawyer and his son murdered Sunil and his father filed a complaint with Chandrasekharpur Police; the same was registered as FIR no 481 under Section 302, 120B and 34 IPC.

Other side of the story is said to be at Srivihar, the lawyer and his daughter got down and asked him to wait for some time as he was to go to cuttack. After some time the lawyer came out and did not find Sunil although the vehicle was parked outside his rented house near Varsa villa. When for a long time Sunil was not traceable, he contacted another vehicle and went to Cuttack. Even after he came back the vehicle was found to be parked there. So he contacted the travel agent who sent another driver and took back the vehicle. It is said that the keys were found in the ignition switch. On the next day morning the dead body was first seen by wife of the lawyer on the side plot and police was informed. Soon police reached the spot and it was found that there were injury marks on his head, nose and hand.
