Vijayapura district, basavanabagevadi talluk, Navalagunda village there lived schedule caste Madiga community belongs 1. late Yalaguradappa and his wife Gowravva and his daughter Renuka-15 years and 2, Shivaraj and his wife Jayashree and his daughter Preethi -14 years. Renuka and Preethi were best friends wherever they go they use to go together, Renuka were studying in 9th standard at boarding school and Preethi were studing in 8th standard since covid - 19 season school were closed. same village Muslim community belongs Habubakhar s/o Mehabuba saba Gunadala 21 years and Renuka become friends and later on it turns into love. on 13-05-2021 around 3 o clock in the noon Renuka saying her parents that i will go for shoping and she had gone along with her Preethi also had gone seeing that opportunity Habubakar frinds and lover of Renuka had nicely have called and taken her out along with her Preethi also have gone together but they have not return back home so both family search`s for them full night but they couldn`t find them, next day on 14-05-2021 somebody says that there is two girls body at Yalavara village which is 30 km away from ther village and the body was in the well which belongs to Somanagoda Channappagoda Nadagowdar and the same day around 12 o clock they go there then they recognise the body and it was Renuka and Preethi body they both were raped criminals have raped with their frinds and they have tied their hand and legs and have thrown them in the well.

this incident case has been filed at Basavanabagevadi police station on 14-05-2021and the case no is 82/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 363, 376, 302 POCso Act- 2012 u/s 12, 4 and sc/st (POA) amendment act 2015 u/s 3(2)(V-a) has been added.

In vadgaon siddheshwar village of Osmanabad district, the Janrav Dalit family belongng to SC (Mahar) caste were having land dispute with More family belonging to Marath community. On dated 28th February 2021 afternoon @ 2 to 3 pm, three accused Rajendra More, Ganesh More and Kedar More came to the victims house and started abusing on caste and beaten up this dalit family of which the three persons injured seriously. On dated 3rd March 2021, deceased Bhagwat Ambadas Janrav aged about 60 years died during the treatment in Hospital. 

On dated 3rd Octomber 2020, @ about 10.30pm the dalit minor girl victim Pragati Ahiwale aged 15 years went to attend the natures call and she did not returned home. Her mother Laxmi Ahiwale inquired about her and when she was missing for entire night she lodged the kidnapping case against anknown person. Thereafter three days later the dead body of victim Pragati was found in the village nereby well in suspecious condition of stone tied to her west and the police inquired about the incident. The police found that the victim had some physical relation with one accused in the village and the accused informed that she was insisting for marriage and on denial she committed sucide. The police added the sections of rape, abatement of suicide and POCSOA. 

The Dalit Lawye Adv. Sujit Nikalje doing Ph.D.(Law) from Mumbai City came to his native village with his family as there was lockdown in city. On dated 6th September 2020 when he went to his farm and near by his farm his wife was swiming in the river six accused beloning to Maratha community were allready there in the river and one of them outraged the modesty of wife of Sujit Nikalje. The accused were from the next village of the victim and they were knowing the caste of victim so they again came to the victim and talked in abusive language and disputed. Thereafter when the victims family were going back to their home the six accused came there alongwith sticks and rods and assaulted the victim Sujit Nikalaje and his brother Swapnil Nikalje and abused on caste.
