Gadag district, Naragunda talluk, Naragunda town, Dandapura, Heggade Katte colony there lived schedule caste HUlasera community belongs Babu Subbanna Hulasera 51 years and his wifeNirmala Babu Hulasera 41 years and his 3 femal children Manjula 20 years she is studying Paramedical course, Madhu 14 years studiying 8th stadard and 3rd daughter Dhaneshwari 11 Years studing in 5th standard. this couple works as cool labours in agriculture land and earns for their living and by that earn them making their children studying with lot of struggle. this couple second daughter studiying in 8th standered at Naragunda town government high school, when there is holday she use to go to work. she had a girl frind at next street of her house Bebi jan who belongs to Muslim community so now and then she use to go her house to see Bebijan. in Bebijan house her sister son saddam Betageri s/o Husena Sab Betageri who is from Naganoor Village, Navalagunda talluk, Dharavada district were living. there Madhu was introduced to him they both became frinds and later on frindship turuned into love so they both had love affair, their love affair came to no to saddam family because of different case they had told him not to continue love affair with her but he had not listened to them instead he had continued the same.

Madhu on 20-03-2021 saturday morning around 10-30 in the morning since it was holiday she told her parents that i will go to work at Naragunda Hansis land. it was late in the evening but she had not return back to home soon her father Babu Hulasera goes to Hanis the land owner were she gone to work and asks about his daughter Madhu there he says she had not come to work today. he was afraid and he on 21-03-2021 and 22-03-2021 searches everywhere and also he asks all his relatives whether she had come there but everyone say on 23-03-2021 he gives kidnapcase at Naragunda police station and the case no is 44/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 363 has been filed.

in the police investigatin there was a unknown and unidentified female dead body which had been brutally murdered body of the face has been crushed and theright had been separated from the body it could not identified in the land of Erappa Halemani serve no; 273/3 at Belgam district, Ramadurga talluk, Kitturu village.the police have buried the body since it was unknown and unidentified and by the Belagam district police has sent notice all the police station to identify the body, on that basis Naragunda town police officer have Madhu father and mother and taken them to Belgam district, Ramadurga police station and have shown clothes and some materials and asked them to identify seeing the cloth they have identified that it was his daughter Madhus cloth. then in the police investigation they have suspected that it has been done by Saddam and by his friends, Saddam has sexually used her and he had forced have sex with his friends when she denies they have brutally murdered her by deadly weapons and have crushed her head by stone and have murdered her.

this incident case has been filed on 28-03-2021 and the crime no; 45/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 302, 201 and sc/st (POA) amendment act 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(V) has been added in the case.

यह घटना जिलाबिलासपुर की तहसील झडून्ता के गांव वाला की है यह गांव जिला मुख्यालय से 40 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है राज्य हिमाचल में जातिय व्यवस्था पर आधारित छुआछूत की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है भारत को आज़ाद हुए 70 वर्ष के करीब हो गए है पर ऐसी घटिया मानसिकता रखने वाले लोग आज भी समाज में मौजूद है. घटना सिथित इस गांव में चमार जाति के 150 घर, राजपूत जाति के 100 घर, लोहार जाति के 20 घर, ब्राहमण जाति के 25 घर, जट जाति के 13 घर, खत्री जाति के 1 घर मुसलमान 1 घर व कबीर पंथी जाति के 6 घर है. इस गांव की दलित बस्ती साथ ही शामलात जगह पर लगभग 50 वर्ष पहले सभी गांव वासियों की सहायता से गुरु रविदास जी का मंदिर बना हुआ है जो की एक छोटे से मंदिर के रूप में है. इस मंदिर के आस पास काफी सारी सरकारी भूमि है जो की बहुत ही खराब हालत में थी जिसे दलित समाज के लोगों अपनी मेहनत मजदूरी से उसारा व वहां पर गुरु रविदास जयंती के दौरान बैठने काबिल जगह बनाई. आज से कई वर्ष पहले जब भी गुरु रविदास महाराज जी की जयंती होती थी तो दलित समाज के लोग भंडारे में खाना बनाते थे तो राजपूत जाति के लोग उस भंडारे में अपना हलवाई लेकर आते थे और अपने लिए अलग खाना बनवाते थे . राजपूत जाती के लोग दलित समाज के द्वारा बनाये गये खाने को नही खाते थे . इस बात का विरोध दलित समाज के लोगो ने किया की आप लोग भगवान की भक्ति की आड़ में जातीय भेदभाव करते हे . जिसके बाद  राजपूत जाती के लोगो  ने इस भंडारे में आना ही छोड़ दिया .प्रेम ठाकुर  जो की राजपूत जाति से हे वह आज से पांच साल पहले चुनाव में खड़ा हुआ था उसे उस चुनाव में जीत हासिल नही हुयी वह अपनी हार का कारण दलित समाज के लोगो को मानता है .

जब गांव के लोग 26 फ़रवरी 2021 को श्री गुरु रविदास महाराज जी के जन्मदिवस को लेकर भंडारे की तेयारी कर रहे थे तो उपमंडल झडून्ता के प्रसाशन से कानुगो धर्म सिंह गांव के कुछ स्वर्ण जाति के लोगों के साथ जेसीबी लेकर आया और बिना कोई जानकरी व बिना कोई नोटिस दिए श्री गुरु रविदास मंदिर के साथ बनी बर्षो पुरानी तीन शैड को तौड डाला. इस बारे मंदिर कमेटी के किसी भी सदस्य को अवगत नहीं किया गया था. पुरे दलित समाज ने प्रसाशन के अधिकारियों के आगे फ़रियाद लगाईं की हमारा कल सतगुरु का भंडारा है कृपया आप इस शैड को न तोड़े पर प्रसाशनिक अधिकारियों ने एक बात ना सुनी इस दौरान मौका पर गांव से पूर्व प्रधान प्रेम सिंह जो राजपूत जाति से सम्बन्धित है ने मौका पर आपने समाज के लोग इक्कठा किये और प्रसाशनिक अधिकारियों को दिशा निर्देश देते हुए मंदिर में बनी शैड को तुडवाया और दलित समाज के लोगों को काफी बुरा भला कहा की मै तो आप सब के घर तुडवा कर रहूंगा क्योंकि आप सब ही मेरी चुनावी हार का कारण हो. इसके बाद सभी दलित समाज के लोगो ने SDM दफ्तर के बाहर धरना प्रदर्शन किया . जिस पर मोजुदा M.L.A ने कहा की वह मन्दिर की तोड़ी गयी शेड को बनवाकर देंगे और कोशिश करेंगे की जमीन मन्दिर के नाम हो जाये.        

यह घटना जिला सोलन की तहसील नालागढ़ के गांव अम्बवाला की है. इस अम्बवाला गांव में गुज्जर जाति में से मीनू चौधरी रहती है. मीनू कपडे की दूकान करती है वह उसके पति पशुशाला चला रहे है और दूध की डायरी का काम करते है. मीनू दसवीं कक्षा तक ही पढ़ी लिखी है. उसकी उम्र 37 वर्ष की है. मीनू शादी शुदा है व् उसके दो बच्चे है एक बेटा और बेटी. मीनू चौधरी पिछले कार्यकाल में बार्ड पञ्च भी रह चुकी है. यह गांव नालागढ़ तहसील से 15 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है. राज्य हिमाचल में जातिय व्यवस्था पर आधारित छुआछूत की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही है भारत को आज़ाद हुए 70 वर्ष के करीब हो गए है पर ऐसी घटिया मानसिकता रखने वाले लोग आज भी समाज में मौजूद है. घटना सिथित इस गांव में, चमार जाति के 3 घर, राजपूत जाति के 3 घर, तेली 3, तरखान 3, कबीर पंथी जाति के 20 घर, गुज्जर जाति के 11 घर, है इस गांव में पानी की भी कोई समस्या नहीं है.

                पंचायत चुनाव के चलते मीनू चौधरी ने 2/01/21 को प्रधान पद का चुनाव लड़ने हेतु बगलैहड़ पंचायत से फ़ार्म भरे और फ़ार्म वापिस उठाने की तारीख 6/1/21 थी गांव की पंचायत में दो बार मीटिंग की गई की कोई भी पेपर नहीं उठायेगा.यह बात पुनीत कौशल व उसकी पत्नी ने बोली जब 6/01/21 को बाकी लोगों के साथ मैं भी पेपर उठाने गई कि मुझे चुनाव नहीं लड़ना है तो पेपर उठाते समय लाइन में मीनू का न० 6 पर था पांच लोगों के पेपर उठाने के बाद जब मेरी बारी आई तो 3:01 बजे पर मीनू को  मना कर दिया गया की तुम पेपर नहीं उठा सकती की तुम लेट हो गई हो जबकि व् लाइन में ही थी फिर उसकी वहा पर बहस बाजी करके वापिस घर आ गई उसके सास ससुर व घरवाले ने यही फैंसला लिया की हम चुनाव नहीं लडंगे.

       8/01/21 को रोज की तरह मीनू चौधरी अपनी कपडे की दूकान पर गई 11:30 दोपहर को दो लड़के मोटरसाइकल पर आये उन्होंने अपने मुहं मफरल से ढके हुए थे एक ने मीनू को दूकान से बाहर बुलाया जैसे ही वह बाहर आई तो एक लडके ने कहा हांजी मैडम चुनाव लड़ने के बारे में किया विचार है मीनू ने कहा की मैं चुनाव नहीं लडूंगी और प्रचार भी नहीं करूंगी तभी उस लडके ने मीनू के सर पर मुक्का मारा उस दोरान उसके हाथ में कोई तेज़ धार चीज़ थी जिस वजह से मीनू के सर से खून निकलने लगा और काफी कट लग गया फिर जैसे ही मीनु ने बचाव के लिए अपने हाथ आगे किये उसने उसकी वाहों पर भी बार कर दिया जिस वजह से तीनो जख्मो पर कुल 12 टाँके लगे है. इतने में पीछे से कोई दो और लड़के गांव से आये जिनको मीनू न जानती है को आते देख दोषी दोनों लडके मौका से भाग गए. इस घटना से मीनू का परिवार बहुत ही डरा व सहमा हुआ है.    

Bagalkot district, Mudhol talluk, Vajjaramatti village, there lived Schedule caste Madiga community belongs Devadasi Mahadevi bagavvagola 45 yares working agriculture labour for her living. She had two children daughter jothi Bagavvagola 22 years and son sadappa Bagavvagola - 20 years he has finished his ITI cours. her daughter Jothi Bagavvagola is studing 3 rd years nursing in Shilpha nursing collage at Bagalkot. since her collage is far her village she along with her aunt daughter who is from Mudhol talluk Yadalli village Shilpa both hire a room in Vinayaka nagar at bagalkot city and also she joins a part time job at vasan Hospetal the hospetal which belongs to Dr. Gorannanavar. in the same hospital Bagalkot district,  Beelagi talluk, Kaladagi village hanif Beelagi 21 years s/o abdul razak Beelagi also working so there was friendship between both of them, then frinsship became love so he was forcing jothi to have sex with him.

on 13-02-2021 around noon 2 o clock as jothi hadgone hospital for her job from the room, she must have return back on 0 at night but she had not  come so Shilpa calls jothi  mother Mahadeevi whether she had come there but she says no she had not come. they search everywhere on 14-02-2021 then next day on 15-02-2021 they go to Bagalkot town station and gives missing complaint and crime no 06/2021. on doubtfully police brings Haneef on 16-02-2021 to the station and interrogates him there he says i have murder her and have thrown her body under the bridge of Ghataprabha river and he approves.

He had done drama of love with Jothi and had used her for his sexual seduction not only he had forced her to sleep with his frinds also for that she had opposed him along with his frinds he killed her and her body was thrown under the bridge of Ghataprabha river. in the same day body has been done PM and the body has been brought to her village Vajjaramatti and was buried.

this incident case has been complained at bagalkot town station on 16-02-2021 and the crime no  07/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 302, 201 Sc/St(POA)Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(s), 3(1)(r), 3(2)(V) has been added.

                यह घटना जिलाबिलासपुर की तहसील घुमारवीं के बदरोग की है यह गांव जिला मुख्यालय से 30 कि०मी० की दुरी पर है इस गांव में डाम (पंझडा) SC

जाति में से नीलम कुमारी पत्नी रूप लाल रहती इसके पति फौज से रिटाइरड है. इसके चार बच्चे है एक लड़की तीन लड़के. लड़की सबसे बड़ी है और शादी शुदा है. लड़के अभी पढ़ रहे है. नीलम कुमारी के घर के पास राजपूत जाति से राम पाल ठाकुर स्पुत्र कर्मचंद ठाकुर की ज़मीन है जो की मस्तरका खाता है. नीलम का पति जब फौज में था तो दिनाक 18.06.15 को राम पाल ठाकुर स्पुत्र कर्मचंद ठाकुर ने जबरन नीलम के घर के साथ बनी पशुशाला को गिरा दिया और ज़मीन पर कब्जा कर लिया जिसका अब कोर्ट में केस चला हुआ है राम पाल ठाकुर स्पुत्र कर्मचंद ठाकुर का कहना है की नीलम यहाँ अपने परिवार के साथ रह रही है वह ज़मीन उसकी है लेकिन अगर नीलम के जमीन के दस्तावेज देखे तो ज़मीन नीलम के पति के नाम है व उन्ही की है.

                 दिनाक 5.11.19 को शाम 6:30 पर नीलम का पति घर पर था व नीलम भी घर पर थी और रसोई में काम कर रही थी की आचानक राम पाल ठाकुर स्पुत्र कर्मचंद ठाकुर अपने बेटे केशव ठाकुर उर्फ़ बग्गू व् साथियों सहित नीलम के घर पर आया व नीलम के पति रूप लाल पर जान लेवा हमला कर दिया और केशव ठाकुर उर्फ़ बग्गू ने नीलम के पति को हाकियों से पीटा और उसका सर बुरी तरह से फोड़ दिया और वायीं वायू को तोड़ दिया जिस कारण वायू में पलेट डालनी पड़ी है. दोनों बाप बेटे अपने साथ्यों सहित वहां से भाग गए जिसकी नीलम ने थाना में शिकायत करवाई अभी यह केस कोर्ट में चला हुआ है नीलम व् उसके परिवार को रास्ते में आने जाने से भी केशव ठाकुर उर्फ़ बग्गू स्पुत्र रामपाल दवारा प्रताड़ित किया जाता है दिनाक 11.01.21 को नीलम के पति ने नई बाइक ली जव वह अपने घर को मुख्य सड़क से आने लगा तो केशव ठाकुर उर्फ़ बग्गू ने अपने दोस्तों सहित गालियाँ निकाली व् जान से मारने की धमकी दी है.
